ok, but he dragged the hours so he wouldn't finish to get more money. He was late, took a long lunch and would play on his phone.

Went well Was neat and professional. Andres did a great job and I would hire again. Neat and cleaned up after done. Note to others: the site said Paint included BUT it is not. I had already purchased my paint so it was not a problem for me BUT if you hire and think they are bringing the paint then there will be some confusion and time wasted.

Good at first, then horrible results! This is a follow up to my first review. I went back to my office today and had to caulk everything because they didnt. Went to wash a few spots and realized they only put ONE COAT OF PAINT ON MY WALLS!!! It went right down to the primer!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! THEY CHARGED ME $7000.00 FOR A 1350 SQ FT OFFICE AND ONLY PUT ONE COAT OF PAINT ON MY WALLS.! ASKED HIM TO COME BACK AND HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME $800 MORE. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

However we were able to tolerate your insults and go back to your office to help you, but you did not respond to this message. First we qualify D, and then the change in F, We are a serious, professional, honest and responsible company, you can go to all our review and read the comments of our excellent work."

I initially hired JH7 to do interior trim painting. That work went so well I hired them to do exterior painting. JH7 Did an excellent job on the exterior painting of my patio home. They pressure washed the exterior and prepped the area on the first day and then painted the area on day two. They were prompt, very courteous, very attentive to the landscaping and areas not to be painted, contacted neighbors whose cars and possessions may be affected to have them either moved or covered and finished the project in one day. Great results. Great attitude. I can definitely refer them.

I needed a number of areas painted, so I didn't want to go for that 2 or 3 room nonsense. I wanted to hire a painter for a day and pay them by the hour. I found exactly that with JH7 Remodeling & Paint. I used them for 10 hours one day and 2 hours the following day to get everything done. The painting performed was done by 1 painter. He did superior work. He was professional and courteous. There was a language barrier since he spoke little English, but we communicated well enough to get everything completed. I couldn't be happier with my paint selections, and the work they did. I would hire them again easily. I highly recommend them.

There was one small issue with a single door not closing properly after the project was completely. Not only did Andres stand behind his work, but he returned promptly to correct issue and to insure that I was 100% satisfied with my project. I could not be happier with JH7 and their work and I will definitely be using them again on additional rehab projects. Do not hesitate to hire Andres for all of your home improvement projects - you won't be disappointed!

They did a very good job of painting. We had a delay of the appointment. They sent an email after 9:00 pm, that I did not read until late the next morning. Saying they would not be able to come until the nexted day. I did not check my email until after they did not arrive. Communication by phone would have been preferred to let me know they were not coming.

We just bought a new home and hired Andres to help paint. Andres was very professional throughout. Excellent attention to detail and very hardworking. He painted our interior walls and trim.
