Of the 3 referrals I received (one company never called or contacted me), Mr. Knowles was the only one who immediately contacted me and came out the same day to look at my project to offer a quote. Once the second company came out to offer a quote, I asked them the same questions I asked Mr. Knowles. The difference was that even though Mr. Knowles price was higher, he was the only contractor who was honest about the condition of the the previous porch and the fact that he would only use pressure treated lumber to build the porch. I would definitely use Mr. Knowles and his company again for any future needs because I know that he cares about the quality of work he produces.

Did not finish cutting in downstairs. Sent me for e gallons of paint never needed. Which cost (from 10am to 4:30 pm 2 painters) $75. $60 for babysitting? $800 FOR 2 rooms a hall and door.
