I have a busy schedule as a single Mom of three and a teacher. I needed leaf removal which included the front yard ditch and the backyard. I called and spoke to a woman about specific needs. Justin Noah came out and gave a quote. I left the payment in my mailbox expecting the work to be completed later in the day. I arrived home to see only the front yard ditch had been completed. When I texted to inquire about the unfinished work, this is the message I received. “I was confused as to how far you wanted cleared I need someone home to show me where to clean the leaves too that’s no problem” ( I sent pictures and explained) “I’d be available next week! And could get that taken care of.” ( I asked when next week?) “It would be best for me to let you know on Monday.” (I reached out Tuesday, no response.) It is Wednesday, the project was started over a week ago and it was paid in full.
