The damaged trees were cut down and stumps & roots pulled up. We are now able to replant trees in the same spots in the concrete rings in our front yard. We are very pleased with the finished job.

They arrived on the day that was scheduled & they did a very professional job. I had about 30 pine trees that needed to be removed from my yard & they made quick work of it. They also did a through job of cleaning up afterwards. Even brushed the pine needles off my roof. Very reasonably priced. I would definitely hire them again.

It was a great experience. J&H Tree Service has skilled workers, all the necessary equipment, and were very careful as they moved around my property. There are many companies that provide the same services but I doubt there are any who do it better.

Removed over a dozen large pine trees near home and trimmed others. Work completed in two days. Very pleased with results and clean up.

They started work immediately removed 4 giant pecan trees stumps and all. I was very satisfied with their work and professionalism.

We had a very tall pine tree break near the base and the only thing keeping it from falling on our house was another tree that it was leaning against. We called another tree service and they wouldn’t even attempt it because they didn’t want to accept the liability if it fell on the house. Josh came out and said they could do it. We ended up having all the pines taking out of our heavily wooded yard (15-20 I think total). They did a great job with no damage, ground all stumps and cleaned up really well! They really did save our house! We would highly recommend them!

The very first time in a number of years a service company came when they said they would, stayed until they were finished, communicated throughout the job task and charged what they said they would. The manager Josh listens to his client . </p> <p>Gives great recommendations and goes oat of his way to accommodate. The crew had the proper equipment, the equipment worked,. There were none of the traditional " we'll be back after lunch and a nap" attitude that plagues the service community in this area. The trees were located in an unbelievably restricted area and all I heard was "no problem , we can do it". Do it they did and with professionalism and perfection. End result, great experience and for future needs this company provides I would not even think of anyone else. Not punctual and not so professional but over all work quality is ok. Damaged gutter while cutting tree close to house and tried to fix it. Back yard significantly affected but fixable. I cancelled contract and work three times before they come and take care of work. Josh who is primary contact person is friendly but always says he is busy. Its hard to get things done with him but once start working not so bad. For Dothan area after so many trials with multiple tree guys, I guess J&H is not that bad options. Hazard insurance is low amount so if you are work is close to expensive property you might need to make sure if his insurance gonna cover any damage or not.
