We were limited on when we would be available to have service done on the unit. Jiles called us back on a Sat afternoon, and we arranged to have them check our unit first thing Monday morning. They arrived right on time. The price was right, and the service impeccable. Freon was added to the unit, and he pointed out possible failure issues in the future ( 15 year old unit) As this is an old unit, we were also interested in a price quote for replacement. Before he left our premises he put together a quote based on our needs, with a very competitive price for materials and labor. ( as substantiated with another provider in our home town)
