We contacted several contractors for our deck project. Jimenez 24/7 was the one we chose. Not only was the price competitive but they have excellent communication during every aspect of the project. We are so pleased with our deck. It is absolutely beautiful. They have great attention to details. Our project had some unusual requests. They created a box step to our back door and also made steps down to our basement door. We wanted the deck over the edge of our pool and they did that as well. The crew arrived in a timely fashion and cleaned up every day. They will also be doing a fence area and electrical at a later date. We have already recommended them to our family and friends and will continue to do so in the future. We highly recommend Jimenez 24/7.

Jimenez 24/7 Construction LLC did a great job replacing our wood deck. Kreana was very helpful with the scheduling and estimates, and Kenny and his team did an excellent job on the deck itself. As the work progressed, they kept us informed, discussed any changes with us before moving forward, and were upfront about anything that needed to be adjusted. We had a great experience with our deck project from start to finish! Communication was excellent, the quote and scheduling process moved quickly, and the quality of the finished deck is great. We really appreciated how efficiently everything came together so we could enjoy our new deck before winter. We did have one hiccup regarding the contract, but the team was very responsive and worked quickly to make it right, which we really appreciated. Jimenez Construction did an excellent job on our deck. Because our deck has many hexagonal shapes it was difficult to lay out and cut, requiring careful measuring of angles in order to have joints seamless. They took their time and got the details perfect! We also had a mini split condenser on our deck which required careful suspension in order to build the deck under it. We hired them to replace our existing deck, and in every detail - they replaced it with some idea that was better. Instead of a door to the space under the deck hinging on the top, requiring me to prop it up with a stick to use it, they replaced it with a door hinged to the side. Instead of a narrow steep step, he designed one that is deep, a much safer solution. Every time we had a concern, the Jimenez Construction team was willing to problem solve to make things right. On top of excellent work, the team was courteous and considerate of our needs. I would not hesitate to hire them again! I highly recommend

We hired them to build a large deck and stamped concrete patio, and we were extremely happy with the results. Exceeded expectations! From planning to execution, everything was exactly as it should be. The project finished ahead of schedule. The crew was professional, courteous and respectful of my property. As a 30yr Union journeyman glazier, I know what I'm looking at. My deck build was above what I thought it was going to be with B+, A- quality. That is unheard of now a days. Company was great from start to finish. I had great communication with them along the way and they came out a couple times before we decided on what type of deck to accommodate both my wife and I’s time tables. The project was supposed to start about 2 weeks out from when we signed the contract but they called us and asked if they could do it earlier which was even better so they came out in less than a week and did the job. It turned out great. The deck looks awesome, the sunroom finally matches the house color and the new windows to the basement are secure. I’d hire them again.

Overall well, work was done timely and solid construction. Workers were courteous and considerate. Original estimate was for complete removal of all framing, windows, drywall, and trim in bay window. Dry wall was not removed or replaced. Flashing for new roof does not match with most brown and a few pieces of bright silver. New windows installed without installation of metal window lifts.
