They came and gave a quote. The work was scheduled and the job finished. They worked with my hours and were very professional. They even trimmed small growth on another tree that was starting to get close to the phone lines coming to the house. <br />

His price is average. In the three months that he was here he never touched my front hedge. I wrote him a note telling him to get the front hedge because they were getting up over the windows. The third time he was here I went outside to tell him that he was forgetting the hedge. The hedge was blocking the window and all the light. He told me the hedges were not ready to cut yet. Have you ever heard of anything like that. They were almost to the top of the windows. He left without cutting the hedges because I didn't want to argue. After they had left I realized that they had ripped loose the copper tubing that went from my air conditioning unit and heating unit that comes out across the brick wall where the condensation drips out. It was totally torn loose from the brick and dangling. I don't know if someone was trying to take that copper tube because copper does get stolen form here. That did it for me. I called him and told him that I did not want his services anymore. He didn't do the back bush either. He never called back to ask anything about what happened. He didn't do the complete job. He was supposed to walk mower and he brought a huge commercial mower to cut and broke my sprinkler heads. I was very unhappy. The first time was good but then it went downhill.

He caused damage to my AC drain which was a copper tube which came down from the attic of my house. IT was attachd very solid to the brick wall. He didn't tell me about this. I was upset about it becuase it was pulled lose.

He brought in a huge lawn tractor that was going back and forth in my yard with the large wheels. It was raining outside and I was worried that he would ruin my yard. There were three people out back. One had an edger and two of them had weed eaters. He did not do my front hedge either time. The first time I hired him, I thought he just ran out of time. I asked him why he wasn't touching my hedges that were way up over the windows. He told me that were not ready to do yet and that he would do them next time. I told him that I wanted my hedge rounded off. He kept understanding it as round-up. He doesn't understand English very well at all and he can not read it either. The work was not good and anybody would know not to bring big machinery into a big yard, especially when it was raining.

He was punctual, polite and pleasant.

I had a really large job and Mr. Jimenez came through with flying colors! He raked, trimmed, mowed and cleaned out flower beds in a half acre that has about a dozen full grown oak trees. We haven't raked the leaves in a year, so the work was cut out for him. In about 2 1/2 hours, he and his crew had the yard looking immaculate!! I am so pleased with his work, I will certainly use him again if I am unable to maintain what he has accomplished!
