Jim Finch was able to provide the blue prints to me in a very reasonable amount of time and even when the permitting office found some corrections that had to be made Jim was able to correct and get another copy of the plans to me in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Jim Finch for any architecture designs for your home.

We chose to go with just the kitchen remodel due to cost. Jim was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. His ideas and recommendations were excellent. He was extremely professional, courteous, and very responsive. Our remodel includes some wall removals, including a weight bearing wall, so Jim recommended and involved a structural engineer who signed off on the drawings. He did an excellent job of explaining every step of the process. I'm sure our kitchen will be beautiful when finished!

He was professional from the start and maintained professionalism throughout our dealings with him. He was also punctual in his delivery of the product and all follow-up calls required for additions or modifications to the original plans. His work was thorough and according to the new Florida building codes.
