Jim was friendly, knowledgeable and entirely competent. I have already arranged for him to do another plumbing repair in the near future and look forward to it.

The service was great, there was some confusion up front about initial estimate cost and occasionally ran a little bit later than planned. Fortunately, I work from home and was able to schedule and plan around that. Overall, service performance was great and they were super friendly and informative. Would hire back again as it is impossible to get people to come do work now a days.

My main sewer line was backed up. I called several other businesses which all quoted me in within the thousands. Luckily, when called Jimmy Jets they assured me that all I needed was a jetting job which would clear my lines. As a result, this would end up saving me thousands of dollars in the process. They were extremely professional, efficient, and ran their business with integrity. Not often do you see businesses go out of their way to save you money.
