Absolutely horrible customer service. Bottom line up front... The owner (Sam Ellis) got irritated when I tried contacting him to check on the status on the weekend, after he had previously promised that someone would be in touch with me the next day... He said the following in text messages... "No calls on the weekends"... "I'm trying to watch football" "I don't want your business, I can tell you're trouble"..... I advised him that I give good reviews for good customer service, but this company has the worst customer service that I've experienced in a long time. Avoid at all cost!

Job took several months, we were left with a gravel driveway all winter. The subcontractor that Reynolds used was Kentckiana Paving and they are anything but professional. I now discover that they did not pay their material supplier Mac Construction and Mac Construction has now informed me of their intent to place a Lien against my propert even though I paid Reynolds in full. I have discussed this situation with Reynolds and they have not been helpful. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

I researched companies that provided sealing applications as well as the product they used. The Reynolds group used a product I was familiar with. I also looked at a couple of jobs they had done this year in my neighborhood. After meeting with them and getting a prompt quote I awarded my project to them. They kept the schedule promised and made sure their end product was as promised. I would recommend them to anyone considering sealing their asphalt.

<p>This was a $199 big deal purchase. It was fine. They came out shortly after I bought the deal. It cost more, but I don't remember how much. I had responsiveness problems with them a little bit. I was not home so I did not speak to them. There is nothing wrong with them, but they were not outstanding either. When I called it took them almost a week to get back to me and get everything scheduled. I had a relatively small driveway and I think the price they quoted was a little deceiving because then when they came out, of course, it cost more than what they said. </p>

It was not too bad, it was acceptable. There was a little bit of a problem with communication at the beginning. They charged me more because the big deal covered a certain square footage and I had exceeded that. The reason I gave then a B was because of communication and getting it scheduled. It was difficult to get in touch with them. I wasn't home the day they came and so, I don't know if they were on time. However, they did come on the day that they said that they would come.

I was contacted the day after I placed the order, and they came out the day after that to measure and give me an estimate. They were very specific about what the contract entailed, which I appreciated. I accepted, and they called the next day to give me a date and time they would be out, which was the following week. They completed the job on time and it looked great. Unfortunately, we had a strong rain later that day and part of the asphalt washed off one end of the driveway. My husband called them the next day, they came out the day after and said they would be back the following week to refill the cracks. Not only did they come back when they said they would, they REDID THE ENTIRE DRIVEWAY! So it all is seamless. Where do you get service like that?? Not many places I know. Plus, it looks really good! And they called after to make sure we were happy with the work. <br />

It is still not completed yet. I am actually thinking of giving them a call. We had a lot of equipment breakdown. We rescheduled because it was taking time, but the actual work was performed very well. They were scheduled a bunch of times. Sometimes, it is the weather and sometimes, the equipment breakdown. We had an out-of-pocket cost besides the Big Deal amount. Actually, I contracted them to do a separate type of thing.

Not good. Driveway has cracks in it after the first month. Part of the driveway fell off into ditch. He will not return calls or come out to look at it. I guess you get what you pay for. It is not a professional job and I had other people that in the asphalt business look at it and they told me they would not have paid him. Hey should not have good ratings on Angie's list is misleading <br />
