His service was excellent, he calls right back anytime you would call him, he always calls back immediately, he actually provides a 24 hr service. he usually comes the next day to do the job unless it is an emergency, then he comes right away.

The service provider Gus arrived on time, looked at our two sinks (both had broken popups) and advised about our options. We decided to replace the only the one sink since it needed more work. Overall satisfied with the work.

Mike was very professional and cleaned up after he finished. He was here all day, but did not rush anything. Jim Roth was responsive to calls and was a pleasure to work with.

Replaced a old drain pipe.

They came out the next day and did a great job capping the pipe in just over an hour.

Their responsiveness was not that great. I bought the deal and I couldn't schedule for a month for the guy to come and do a diagnostic. They didn't return my call for a very long time.  <br /> <br />

He did a good job taking care of the problem and cleaned up everything when he left, took all trash with him too.

Mike was great. Got one of three issues I had taken care of as other jobs needed 2 hour minimums.

Plumber completed work in a timely manner. There was some confusion about the coupon used but we agreed on a fair price after some discussion.

I have purchased $35 plumbing deal and Mike came over to take a look at my sewer, faucet, leakage in the house. My whole intention was to get an estimate for the future jobs and fix the leaking faucet in the 2nd floor. However, Mike initially seemed afraid that he has to spend time and fix stuff that is beyond $35 deal. He avoided providing solutions to all the issues until i got upset. I asked him to look at the faucet, 5 secs later, he just said his not sure and whole thing need to be replaced. Only after I started getting angry he started fixing and the repair only took a brief moment. In the end, I am still giving A and he was very professional and he did eventually fix the faucet which was the main reason why I called him. He also took a look at other areas and inspected. However, he didn't seem eager and while he didn't actually say it he just made it look so obvious that ' why am i doing this for 35 dollars? ' I wonder why they even posted 35 dollar deal in the first place if no one is eager and afraid to commit time to fix anything. It was disappointing. I appreciated his professionalism but I gave my 3 big jobs to another plumbing company.

Mike the plumber was on time. Went directly to the bathroom area and troubleshoot problem talked the process of replacing bad parts. Then with no time performed what needs to be done.

It was okay. They could have provided more of the materials than I had anticipated them providing to make my experience. The worker was friendly.
