Jim and his team have earned ALL of my business and I am not easily impressed. When you find a contractor like Jim that takes pride in his workmanship, is reliable and a straight shooter that is gold!

My initial problem was that my heat pump's Service light came on and the unit stopped working, so I contacted Jim and he recommended that I turn off the power to the unit for five minutes, then power it up again because electrical surges can sometimes cause the unit to shut down. Sure enough, this did the trick; the unit has been working fine ever since and it didn't cost me a penny. However, it's 30 years old, so I scheduled a service appointment anyway because I just bought my condo and was not able to get the front panel off to clean the unit's innards. Jim and an associate came the very next day and had to spend a great deal of time cleaning the unit and repairing a serious blockage that prevented the removal of the front panel. They explained the process all along the way and showed me everything they had to do to make the unit function properly. Considering the time and effort all this required, the charge was very reasonable; and, he is an extremely likable guy. (When I told him I hired him because I was impressed by his over 80 rave reviews on Home Advisor, he just smiled and said' "I have a lot of relatives" :-) THIS CHAP'S A KEEPER, so I'm trusting him to give me a recommendation on a replacement for my aged heat pump in the Spring.

Jim is a true professional. He has a high degree of integrity, patience, and very accommodating. His proposal was tailor made to our needs. The work was impeccably done. Great equipment and materials, solid duct construction and air handler installation, very neat job site. In addition, he thoroughly cleaned the site after the work was complete, and patiently instructed us on the use of the digital thermostat. I highly recommend this company without any reservation whatsoever.

Jim and his associate did an excellent job installing the split zone heat pump/air conditioner in our house. They were courteous and professional, arrived on schedule and completed the job perfectly. They even vacuumed the floor after they finished. They took time to walk through how everything functioned and helped out with the Energy Saver rebate paperwork. Price wize they were very competitive. We would definitely use them again.
