Jim Smolen Design is a full service interior design company, not a contractor. Jim Smolen guides clients through the design process from conception through construction documents and beyond. After working with Jim Smolen Design, the client will have a complete design package including construction documents, client profile and detailed product and material selections. This is done so when selecting a contractor, each contractor has the same information to base their bid from for an apples to apples comparison. The hardest part about deciding to build or remodel is to make the decision to do it. However, it is beneficial to have an idea of what you want to do and what can be done. At the initial consultation, Jim Smolen will assist the client in transforming imagination into reality by assessing the wants and needs combined with budget and timeline.
