He does an amazing job! He charged $150 per condo. The end result is wonderful. He's really easy to work with and very personable. I'd definitely recommend him!

"I'm sorry you feel that way [member name removed]. you answered that statement your self. We did not discus replacing the pull-down stairs. I did let you know that there was an unknown oil on the outside of the door. I did not of a paint that would stick to the wood . For the cinderblock wall you could have paid to strip and refinish for a much grater coast. You paid me to paint and do minor repairs . that is all I have to say in that mater. Thank you"

Jim's work is outstanding. He timely performed the work. He maintained great communication with us about the work to be performed. He answered all our questions and was easily reached when we needed to discuss the project. We are very happy with the finished product. The walls and trim look fantastic. Also, he cleaned up from the painting and left the work area spotless! Our project started small, but grew to include additional work. Jim handled defining the scope of our project very professionally. He performed all the labor himself, and did not bring in extra help. <br />

<p>Jim painted my living room, dining room, kitchen, foyer, hall and basement stairwell. Jim first of all resurfaced an old ugly living room ceiling with a beautiful light stipple and made it blend right into the existing hallway design. Jim then painted all of the rooms and assisted me with selecting colors that would offset each other. Next Jim repainted my kitchen cabinets from the plain blah white that I had them to a very nice dark tan shade that offset the wall color. Jim installed new countertops and did an awesome job at that where you can not even tell there is a seam. Jim went above and beyond what the contract called for and even did the plumbing to install the new kitchen sink and installed the new dishwasher. Many of the small odd n end jobs that go with the kind of work we had done were supposed to be done by my husband but Jim just jumped right in and did them. Once the finishing touches of new woodwork were added on, I had a brand new space. My grandson was here the first day of the work and each day he asked his mom to come back so he could "help" Jimmy. Without any hesitation at all Jim made my grandson feel very important and like he was "really" helping and that is all my grandson still talks about is how he help Jimmy. Jim was very friendly and each day that he was there, he totally prepped the area so no sanding dust or paint would effect other areas, by taping off the other rooms. Jim was extremely thorough in his clean up and took all the trash with him to dispose of. </p> <br />

Jim first power washed my deck and the front of my condo. He also cleaned my patio and my furnature on the deck which he was not contracted to do. Then about 2 weeks later he came back and pained my deck. He is also going to fix my front doorbell at no cost to me. <br />

<br /> Jim communicated in advance when he planned on working so that I could be prepared and there would be no impact on my personal activities. The work was completed promptly and on schedule. <br /> <br /> Since the stain was sprayed on and overbrushed, considerable time was spent on masking areas to protect them from overspray. Jim and his crew were very conscientious in performance of their work and devoted considerable time to preperatory work( i.e calking, replacing loose nails etc.). They took extra care in not causing damage to flower beds while working around the exterior of the house. Since the cedar wood was very dry, they made every effort to make sure sufficient stain was applied to allow it to soak into the wood which will hopefully result in a durable long lasting finish. <br /> <br /> I am very pleased with the work Jim's Quality Painting performed on my house and would highly recommend him to family and friends. <br />

He came on time and started right to work. He washed the patio first. <br /> He washed all the tables and chairs that were on the patio. And he <br /> didn't have to do them. He did it to be helpful to our community. <br /> He even took down a security light so I could wash it and then <br /> put it back up, so I didn't have to climb on a latter. <br /> He did a marvelous job, and know our community will use <br /> him again. <br />

Got estimates from 6 painting contractors, Jim's was priced in the middle, but he was going to do far more prep work than the others. He sure did! I've had my house painted 4-5 times over the years and no one did prep work as good as Jim. Absolute best quality workmanship and attention to detail. My paint was in pretty bad shape and I couldn't be more pleased with the finished appearance. It's GREAT! <br /> <br /> Three of my neighbors were so impressed with Jim's work that they have contracted with him to do paint work at their homes. No better testimonial than that!
