Very prompt in coming to check our HVAC system that was not working. Shane looked at it and knew within minutes what the problem was. Replaced the part & had us back up & running in no time. Checked over everything for us, as we had recently purchased the home and did not know much about the system. Explained everything and answered all our questions. Excellent service.

J & J Air, installed our new Trane system a couple of years ago and did a wonderful job. Installation went very well, on a terribly hot day, the team did a great job, with no mess left behind. We have had a couple of Mechanical issues 1 with a broken part, and 1 with a failed switch. Both times the J & J teams showed up on time and resolved the issues as needed. Jeremy and his team are to be commended for their efforts and their Customer Service.

We couldn’t be happier with J&J air and highly recommend them. Our air went out late last Friday afternoon (6/21/24) just as this latest heat wave started. They sent someone out within the hour to check it out. They confirmed what we were thinking, which was we needed a new unit. Joe Deluca showed up on Monday morning 6/24/24) and went over everything in detail with us, laying out all of our options so we could make an educated decision. Joe was able to get the unit ordered for us and get the installation scheduled for first thing Wednesday morning 6/26/24. The installers were on time , very professional and polite. Joe also showed up that morning to confirm the installers were there and make sure everything was going ok. After the install was done, Jesse showed up to go over the new thermostat with me and to make sure everything was working properly and everything was cleaned up. After Jesse left Joe Deluca showed up one last time to confirm everything was done properly and that we were satisfied with the job. We can’t say enough good things about J&J Air; from start to finish everyone we came in contact with was top-notch!
