Bug and Insect Pest Control Service
Rahman Carter was my service technician for Pro Force out of Charleston. He was very thorough. I asked if he has a replacement lid for one of the termite baits traps, he stated he didn't but would put in in his notes and make sure it gets replaced during one of his next trips to Beaufort. Rahman was also extremely professional and polite during our interaction. Just another shining star for Pro Force - since I'm only able to leave a 5 out of 5 stars; I'll state my rating is actually 10 of 5 stars.

Bug and Insect Pest Control Service
The two young men went into my attic to look at the beehives. They used a humane spray to make the bees leave their nest. They went to Home Depot to buy a corking gun to seal the seam where the bees were entering my home. Excellent work!!

Justin DeGruy performed our most recent outdoor package service including a thorough inspection of our property to determine where any mosquito breeding and nesting sites are. Our property was treated using a variety of methods customized to our home and the environment around it. Justin communicated with us before, during and after treatment. We were able to let him know we have a cardinal family nesting in one of our bushes. He did not spray/treat near the nest to ensure the newly hatched birds would be safe! We appreciate our technician and highly recommend his services!
