Great went just fine

Our deck, steps and railings needed to be re-stained. We already had stain leftover. We had Jose and his workers applied the stain. We thought it had waterproofing included, but didn’t, so they bought water sealant and said they hand apply it with rags-rather than just using a paint brushes or rollers. He said that the sealer soaks into the wood more throughly applying it by hand with rags. Which of course is more labor intensive! To this day, the stain hasn’t worn away! What an amazing job they did and I wish I took pictures of them working, but didn’t.

The contractor was very professional and reasonably priced. Appreciate all the work they did. Will be using in future projects.

Our front porch was first pressure washed. Then after it dried, was acid treated, then painted the same color as our slab that he painted previously, then sprinkled with flecks. It really looks great, and it’s slip proof-even if rain gets on it! We’re very happy of the job Jose did on our front porch!

Excellent in all aspects of the Job. I purchased a Greenhouse kit. It was done professionally, and he oversaw the installation of the electrical. He performed much like the general contractor on every phase of the job including some of the necessary landscaping needs to make sure all looked absolutely beautiful.

He responded to get our back door frame fixed so it could stay closed in the wind the same day. The next day he patched our wood floor and exterior wood siding. Fast, good, pleasant, and reasonable!

This was a repainting of our slab that I already sent a review about. Mentioned to Juan that we selected a color that was not even close to matching any of our stones on our house. So he said he would repaint, but come out and chip of a small piece of a stone, and color match that at the Sherwin Williams store. With a sample in hand, my husband painted a small area, and Juan came back out and paint it again! Looks great!

We were in a bind, but thankfully J&J Constructions came through for us. They spent an impressive 7 hours building the playground, and the quality of their work was truly top-notch. First experience with this company. Work crew was on site at agreed upon time. Project was assessed and game plans made. Crew was efficient and job-oriented. Work commenced and progressed steadily. A mere 5 hours later, the work was completed to great satisifactation on our part. Workers were friendly, personable, knowledgeable and respectful to us and our property. Excellent. Juan was reliable, professional, on time, and financially reasonable. He had lots of knowledge and expertise. We plan on using him again. He and assist were delightful to work with.

He came back twice and tried different ways to match the existing texture. We made an agreement for him to give me back $600 so I could hire a Synthetic specialist to fix the area under the window. He worked very hard to fix the problem with no results. I finally said stop just give back some $. My desired resolution was to be refunded $600 to hire a specialist on matching synthetic stucco. He refunded me $600. He followed me to ATM machine and refunded me. His painting was fine. His knowledge of Synthetic stucco texture was poor. But we worked it out.
