Customer service was great. Had good communication and the yard looks great

They did a great job working on what we needed. Had good communication and were very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Juan was easy to talk to and was very accommodating to suggestions and needs. They will be coming every other week… they did an amazing job on the yard, very pleased!!

I just moved in and needed some weeds pulled and bushes trimmed. I was able to get a competitive bid and the job done within a week. I recommend them for your yard maintenance needs.

Really great experience overall. The crew showed up on time, were easy to work with, and did an awesome job on my yard. Everything looks so much better now. Definitely recommend them if you need landscaping done.

Negotiated a fair price for what I needed.. identified some further work to do later this week. Arrived on time and communicated every step of the way with visual inspection at various points along the job.

Highly recommend!!! Professional, timely, and yard has never looked this good! Thank you for restoring!

Juan did a fantastic job trimming and shaping our 15-foot high privacy wall of shrubs around our pool as well as trimming and shaping 2 mature orange and grapefruit trees in our yard. He is talented, personable and easy to work with to get the job done the way you want it. I highly recommend Juan!

Juan did a fantastic job. Tree trimming and general clean up. He is personable and professional. I will definitely hire him again in the future.

Great commu I action back and forth for what needed to be done. Showed up on time, and with the direction I gave, completed the job past my expectations. Clean up and removal was great. Highly recommend j & l

He did everything I asked from cleaning up all the weeds and trash to dog poop amazing

We had an agreement that he would trim all the trees front and back as well as bushes and he would cut all the grass and weeds. He also would spray where he cut the weeds and grass to kill the weeds. I did advise him that I would be out of town and would have a family member home. He did majority of the work that was agreed upon but did not do the area by the RV gate apparently because he told my mom he wasn?t go to move things to do the area. Nothing was said about having to move anything by us per our agreement. He did come by and see what needed to be done so he was aware of items that maybe in the way. For the small area that wasn?t done I feel he could have done a better job.

The person who contacted me from J&J Lawncare was possibly the worst landscaper I've ever worked with. His phone couldn't receive pictures through the Angi app, he had no ability to be paid in anything other than cash, he was hours late, and he consistently ignored my questions/requests. Most importantly, he tried to pretend that I agreed to have him only spray when the job description clearly says weed removal, and then tried to charge me $200 for 40min of spraying and didn't remove a single weed. I agreed to remove weeds and spray, and then he tried to give me a sob story about living an hour away. I ended removing the weeds myself (after he sprayed herbicide). This person is clearly is lazy.

A very thorough job.

Excellent customer service. Weeds treated with spray, efficiently. Very easy to communicate, quick responses. Would recommend to friends.

Juan was communicative, friendly, and did a great job. It wasn't an easy project - the lawn, bushes, trees, and weeds needed a lot of catch-up work, but he handled it all. The yards look so much better now!

Juan was awesome! His work was impeccable. As I hired him to do a family member’s yard and was not present, he communicated with me at every step and sent pictures along the way. I will definitely be using him again and would recommend to friends and family!

It was perfect ,no issues. Now I have a permanent lawncare tech and company. Highly recommended
