My roof was getting damaged day by day due to low maintenance. From the previous month, water started leaking from the roof and a huge problem was occurring. Multiple layers of vegetation were accumulating on the roof of my house. It was soaking the water and transferring the moisture to the external walls. Hence the entire room was getting swampy. Monsoon was also approaching.I informed John Johnston Contracting service and discussed the issue with them.They added a new hatch, patched the porch roof, and replaced the flashing.

It was last year in summer. I had to repair some damages in the penthouse. John Johnston contracting roofing service repaired my house roofing and garage roofing. The services are satisfactory and the dedication of the employees is appreciable. With greater manpower, they completed the work in minimum time. John showed when he said he would and took the time to explain what he was doing and proper care for the driveway. Looks great! Was worried about odor from the oil based sealer but it dried fast and any odor dissipated quickly.

100% professional! I am so utterly pleased with the service John Johnston provided. Our gutters were super old and flooding everywhere, I started a project here on Home Advisor Monday afternoon, my gutters were complete less than 48 hours later. And they look great and were installed with care! I will be sure to use John and his team for other projects for our ~100 year old house!

John was the only contractor to actually respond back and quickly!! He gave me an estimate over the phone and the work was completed within 5 days!! We had the driveway sealed with an oil based product and it's been wonderful! The 2 guys who came out to do the work were very pleasant and did a fantastic job!
