He contacted me and he came out tot he house the afternoon, he gave a surprise, then we said fine, he said he can do it between 5pm and 6pm yesterday but he did get back to us and said he was still on his other job. Then I texted him again probably 7pm and asked if he is still coming but he didn't answered since yesterday afternoon. He leave us hanging hoping he'd get here but he didn't. HE IS VERY UNRELIABLE.
