Ladies worked very hard - my place was truly a challenge. They originally had included inside and outside windows, not all were done....Obvious areas like door frame and walls did get overlooked, however, when I did point them out they took care of the issue. The gentleman that made the appointment, choose to speak with my husband to get his opinion, not a positive for me. I was the one making the appointment and I was the one that paid for the service. This would not cause me not to hire them again for future work. I did tip the ladies for their hard work.
