Katie was an absolute pleasure to work with from the first moment of contact! Very respectful, professional, timely in getting a quote to us with an appropriate follow up. When John came to do the job for us he was happy and personable, careful to assess the situation before getting started, explained what he would be doing, and was careful to do the job sparing us any further expense by taking extra steps to preserve the area around the doorway he was working on. Their pricing was MORE THAN FAIR and after the interaction with both Katie and John and the work performed, we will try to do any and all business we can with JKB Exterior Solutions! After seeing John’s meticulous care for the job performed and his care to clean up afterwards, we even asked about another project that he was interested in doing for us. We would not have considered asking him before, but after seeing what a phenomenal experience it was with him, we did! He stayed later to measure and think on the next project. We received a quote for that project within a few hours and it, too, was more than fair, and we look forward to praising his work again after that project is done, as well! These are good people, doing good work and that is VERY hard to find these days! Thank you for restoring our faith in working America, JKB Exterior Solutions! Here is to years of working together!

They were good and they did a good job. They were efficient and on time. They finished in a timely manner and they cleaned up and make sure that they won't leave any mess.
