Mr. John and his crew were great. Scheduled an estimate on a Saturday. Showed up early. Quickly returned the estimate to me and started work the following week. Work was done in 2 days! Very pleased with the work they did. Would absolutely recommend <br />

The promptness and professional manner of this crew was  gratifying, They were artisans and worked in a timely and accomplished manner. I was not inconvenienced in any way. They  made no mess and left nothing behind after clean-up. John was true to his word and the crew definitely earned every dollar. The smooth and safe sidewalk tells the story of a job well done. <br />

First Mr. John came and met with me to get an idea of what I wanted. Then he sent me an estimate. The origional price was a little bit out of my range, so I asked him if there was anything he could do to get it into my budget, and he said he would look at the estimate. After getting other estimates, Mr. John made me feel comfortable that he was willing to work with me, We chose to Use his company. He said he would need a little time to start because he had other projects that were pushed back because of the recent weather. He gave me a day that he would start only 2 days after agreeing to use him. He told me he would be there on Friday morning between 7:30 and 8 am and he showed up at 8 on the dot. His guys immediately got out of the truck and started moving equipment around. He formed my whole project in 1 day.  He told me he would be back to pour my concrete on Sunday morning between 7 and 7:30, and Sunday morning Mr. John and his crew were at my house ready to work at 7. He poured the concrete himself and his crew finished it. They were very nice and polite. After  the job was complete, Mr. John and his crew made sure that everything was cleaned from my yard, and they did not leave anything behind. They hosed off the street where the cement truck spilled a little bit of cement, and cleaned the driveway of my next door neighbor where there was a little dirt left from tearing out the grass. The overall experience was great and I would recommend J&K to anyone who is looking for cement work. <br />

<p>Mr. Frost came out, and was even early, and did the surveying of the job. Upon investigating the charges that the cement provider would charge for a "smaller" quantity of cement than a full load for the job, he submitted an invoice in a couple of days with his license number and his price so I could obtain a city permit .</p> <p>Mr. Frost's men came as scheduled Friday morning and started and completed the job in the discussed time frame. My tenant in the house said they were extremely nice and cooperative about helping him get into and out of the property while they were working since part of the repair was through the only gate into the side entrance of the house.</p> <p>Mr. Frost's men returned the next day or so to completely remove all barricades and make sure all was ok and that the job was satisfactory.</p> <p>Since that date, my tenant has said that the drainage works properly and the sidewalk is now safe and smooth to walk on... before it was very uneven and raggedy.</p> <p>I would hire Mr. Frost again without hesitation.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

Very good. He returned my call immediately, came out to look at the job within a couple of days. Showed up for his appointment on time. He told me at the time we agreed on the job how long it would be before he could start and he did start the job when promised. They showed on time on the day of the job, did everything according to our agreement and clean up after the job was complete. The job went very well. We were very pleased. Not often things go this smoothly with a contractor. <br />

Where to begin? John was simply great! He showed up early for the estimate, looked at the job and made recommendations to improve the finished product. His price was slightly higher than the other quotes but it was a neglible diffrence. His attention to detail during the quoting process gave me great confidence that there would be no surprises with his work. <br /> Work started and completed the same week. They were early to the job every day. They did fantastic work, fixing lingering problems. The weather was less than ideal but they made it work. Their vigilence and attention to detail were simply great. The best part? When they finished they did so ahead of schedule and under budget. I can't believe I just typed that! I would and will use them again. The final price matched those provided by other contractors but the experience would have been worth the extra cost. <br /> I cannot more highly recommend this company. <br />

The owner John Frost was very responsive and professional. He made an appointment to meet with us to view the scope of work. He provided solid solutions for our concrete work and a written estimate. He worked around my schedule and, of course, the weather. He showed up on time and completed the job with no surprises. I am completely satisfied with his work. Will use him again in the future and will recommend him to others. <br />
