My ceiling in my dining room was cracked. They were very polite and sociable. They offered a cheaper way to fix the problem. They went above and beyond what we agreed on. Painted my whole ceiling for me. I would definitely use them again.

K&J maintenance (John) has completed numerous construction projects for me over the years. He tore out and installed new bath (to include- tile bath & floor, paint, install cabinets, change plumbing & added electrical outlets. He installed wooden & vertical blinds; repaired & painted walls/trim; installed ceiling fans & light fixtures; fixed & installed carpet; installed storm doors; installed curtain rods. I have used K&J over the years and is the best person for any job. He is very knowledgeable, professional and is priced very reasonable. I recommend him highly for any projects big or small. I am one very happy customer!! Get ready for my next project.
