Very well! Replied promptly to my request for a quote. Warned me that it may not be worth repairing (but for my circumstances, it was!) Got the expected needed parts and came out in 2 days. Repair took about 1 hour. José clearly knew what he was doing. Friendly, professional service!

Worked quickly and efficiently. Showed me how to save money. Fixed a stove and oven that I thought was no longer repairable.

Paid $99 for a visit. They told me the microwave doesn't work and would follow up. Never followed up. Tried calling and texting numerous times....no longer picks up the phone.

Seems to be working fine at this time. Jose called me at 10PM on 8/12/2020 after I left a message for him that I needed service on our refrigerator. He tried to save me his trip fee by making suggestions but I had already tried all his suggestions. So we made a next day appointment. He was at my house by 4PM the next day, 8/13/2020. He checked everything out and now the refrigerator seems to be working as it should. He was far and above, so much better than Sears Home Service which I had always used in the past. They could not get anyone to come to my house for service until 8/20/2020 even though I told them it was an emergency situation. Plus Sears tried to sell me on servicing of all my other large household appliances at the same time, for an additional fee. I hung up on them. Jose is my go to guy from now on for appliance repair.

He did a good job...it works again

The other day the cold water kept running into my washing machine and would not stop other than turning it off at the wall. I did a quick internet search and found that 80% of the time that this happens it is the Water Inlet Valve that needs replacing. I called another A rated local service describing this and asking if they could bring a valve when they came. The response was that they needed to come to do a diagnostic, then would order the valve and then would come back a second time to do the actual repair. This made no sense other than feeling that they were just trying to build up the bill. I then called Jose from JM and described the condition. Before I could suggest ordering the part and making one trip he suggested that we do exactly that. He kept me up to date with regular texts about the status of the order and his expected arrival time. The part is installed and the machine works perfectly for about the same price as the other company's "diagnostic" visit. Any issues with appliances Jose get the first call from now on.

Excellent! Jose fixed my dishwasher and washing machine last year and did a fantastic job. Angelo came to fix my dyer today and did not disappoint! These guys know their stuff! They were both knowable and professional and showed up on time. Both trustworthy and friendly. I highly recommend them.
