Not well. The person who came out was the insurance estimator. Advised Mr Brackin I would need 2 days notice to clear closet(double closet). Waited 4 weeks. He called the day he was bringing someone to pull siding and "check" exterior damage. I had to call him when his contractor did not show up to work on closet. The person he finally did bring had no drywall experience. Could not/ did not fit the drywall properly. Did not replace the insulation that was there and did not finish the job. Drywall was not flush on wall and had to trim down clothes bar and shelves to get them back in. No one would answer my calls after worker left unfinished job. Nor did they clean up their drywall mess. There is no smell at this time so I can only hope the exterior wood was replaced as Mr Brackin indicted.

Mr. Davis came when we agreed. <br /> He did the work two days later. <br /> His brother Matt met with me and explained everything. <br /> They are very honest and straight guys. <br /> I am planning on using them again in a couple of weeks. <br />

The crew arrived earlier that agreed and set to work quickly. The crew were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. They worked very hard and were very respectful of our home. The job required they work at our house over multiple days and each day the guys cleaned up the work area very thoroughly. I really appreciated that the guys did not rush any aspect of their job but really focused on the quality of their workmanship. All phone contact with the management of Cooper's Construction was answered very quickly and they were very responsive to our needs. I absolutely will use this company again and I will recommend them to everyone I know. <br />

Josh and the crew at Cooper's Construction do an amazing job!  They are prompt, courteous, and do high-quality work.  As someone who owns a service oriented business I appreciate and value a company and it's people that deliver quality work.  I would strongly recommend Cooper's Construction to anyone that has a project they need assistance with!

Cooper's construction put vinyl on all exposed wood trim on brick house. Was suppose to replace wood on front of detached garage but only replace where the hole was.I Paid for all rotted wood to be replaced. They put some kind of trim on the garage door that I didn't ask for and it rubbed the door when it went up and down. I told them door almost fell off from the rubbing. The owner sent his brother out two weeks later and he cut off my bottom weatherstrip on garage door so it wouldn't rub anymore! Now I need new weatherstrip. Door is still sticking on the trim he put on. He left trash on the side of my house that was suppose to be picked up in two weeks but wasn't so I couldn't backwash my pool as they threw the trash on the backwash hose. I tried to move it off the hose and then found out the trash put a big hole in my hose!The front of the house was suppose to be soffett and I showed him a neighbors house that had it. He put on cheap plain metal and said that is what I wanted(lie) it also has a bow in the metal. I told him I wanted the wood behind the gutters wrapped good by taking down the gutters and doing that. He said it would cost 350 more to take gutters down and I said ok because that is what I wanted. When they already had the job he told me he was afraid to take gutters down because he might damage them so when I paid him I forgot and paid him the extra 350 so I asked for it back and he said yes I will give that back to you. I kept asking and then he said he didn't have the money so maybe we could make a claim on my garage and take the 350 off. I said I don't have enough damage to make a claim. I just want my money back and you to fix my garage door and weatherstrip. He said I'm not paying you back or fixing your door because we didn't touch it. (lie) I said you sent your brother and he did it and he came when I wasn't home and I didn't want him to come here and open my garage without me here. I called you right away and told you he did that! What a mess this is. Now I will be stuck getting garage fixed and going to court to try and get my money. Beware of this company. He was referred to me by a coworker so I thought he would be good and being on Angie's list is what helped seal the deal!

They were prompt, efficient and and very pleasant. They removed all the debris. <br />

It's a group of people that come in and they take care of the job. They're knowledgeable because they know exactly what they're doing. The guy that came in with them had an answer in any question I asked. All things went very well. They good in cleaning everything out so I can't say anything bad about them.

Interior painting. Not perfect but a good job. Concerned with final product and made trip back out to complete any unsatisfactory areas. They patched damaged walls and nail holes well. Worked with me on pricing and good communication from owner. They cleaned up well each day before leaving. Good advice on paint colors as well. <br /> <br /> If you want very punctual with minimal breaks taken throughout time on job.... This may not be the crew for you. I would recommend they do not use tools to scrape paint off baseboards (mistakes) bc there are places where our wood baseboards were actually damaged. Otherwise, they worked together well to get the job completed and made sure I was happy with job. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

We were above and beyond satisfied with Coopers Construction!  The owner, Josh was very easy to work with and his crew was equally as awesome!  Josh was always available to take phone calls if necessary and was on the worksite daily.  He and his crew showed up on time and worked all day!  The paint job on the outside of the house looks amazing, we have had several compliments on it from neighbors.  Each and every drop of paint (which was not many) was cleaned up and our house was left looking spotless.  Not only did he paint the house he repaired a gutter for us at little more then the cost of materials and even helped the moving crew with a large piece.  Our basement had a flooding issue upon move in as well, Josh really helped us figure out how to work with our insurance company and what steps needed to be taken in order to "fix" the problem.  I would use him a million times over for any type of contract work!

Having worked with Josh for the first time on a painting project in our new home, about a month ago... I decided to give him a shot at quoting and ultimately winning the bid for our fence. He had already proved his trustworthy ethics and willingness to keep customers satisfied. He was willing to start by digging the holes on a Saturday (never heard of a contractor working on the weekend), so that he could get out ahead of the impeding rain for the week. He made sure the holes were dig right with a two man auger and spared no expense on the concrete to set the posts (since we will be in the home for years to come). <br /> Although the job did take a couple days longer than expected, this was in no way shape or form Josh's fault, as we had torrential downpours for two days and he had the decency to ask if it was ok not to work in the rain since not only was it dangerous, all of the trampling would ruin my grass. <br /> He promised me that the job would be completed by Friday, and even pulled an extra person off of another job of his to make sure the man power was there to get the job done and done right. <br /> The fence turned out absolutely great, and I couldn't be happier! The only problem is.. I cant seem to find enough work around the house to keep having him help! As stated in a review last month, Josh represents the new generation of contractors, one with honestly, loyalty, great prices and quality craftsmanship... a true asset.

Our original painter was unable to do job due to peronsal issues. Had already purchased paint. Went online and filled out application for paint estimates. Cooper Construction was quick to respond, fastes to give a quote and was able to start work within a couple days. His employees were polite and professional. Most of the time we were not at home while they were working, I would come home and even though not done with job they had picked up and stored things for the next day. We felt comfortable with them havin access to our home while we were not ther. They were easy to work with, our house looks great, and we would use them again.

Went great - the shower has new pipes and has never worked better.

Before I start, I have had two bad handymen/ contractors in the past. I had never met Josh before this job. <br /> <br /> Cooper's Construction/ Josh was a referral from a friend/ manager of a large retail paint store chain. Josh came in ready to not only quote the interior painting I needed done, but also took the time to walk around the house and point out and explain exactly how they would attack the job, possible obstacles and a REALISTIC completion date (most contractors/ handymen in me past experiences, grossly exaggerate). For this quote being our third, he came in not only the lowest (without asking what the others quoted), but my wife and I felt the most comfortable. To be honest, I am glad that it worked out that way after learning the story of the owner, Josh being in the army and now back helping the economy by creating a company and hiring workers/ creating jobs. <br /> Josh and his team came ready to work (a long drive for them to get to Carmel) and showed up promptly at 9am the day he was supposed to start. They went around and covered EVERYTHING, took down all of the wall hangings and window treatments with great caution and walked through with me to ask which nails I would like to keep in the wall and which nails I would like removed and patched - most painters will not perform this service at no additional cost. His team was very courteous and proper to not only my wife and I while we were in the home, they took the time to make sure our 5 month old son was in a proper room for ventilation and also would come put a smile on his face. No foul language was used at anytime. The project took 3 and a half days. There was one day they did not get here until 11am (9 am or earlier the other 3), but it was due to the severe hail the night before and Josh made sure to call me and let me know he would be late (I wasn't aware handymen and contractors gave that type of professional courtesy). The job was complete and he gave a thorough walk through with me to see if there was anything to my dissatisfaction. <br /> ****BONUS**** To make sure the job was complete and I could get the whole view, Josh and his team went around, RE-HUNG every drape, window covering, painting and outlet covers in addition to painting our hand rails and some base boards (which we did not pay for nor discuss) to have the job look absolutely stunning. One painter/ contractor has quoted me an extra charge of $150 to put the hardware back on and move furniture. This was a service Cooper's construction provided with no questions asked, they went the extra mile to touch up stuff they had not even painted. <br /> In conclusion, I will consider Cooper's construction my right hand handyman. I gave him an opportunity to quote two other jobs, more painting and a fence... I will make sure they get my business. To all, do yourself a service and please give this young professional and courteous man a chance to come look at your job, quote and get it done right. <br /> -Sincerely, one happy customer, Justin <br />

Went beyond great - Josh and his crew finished quicker than the estimated timeframe - thus he charged me about $100 less. He is hardworking AND honest - will definitely hire him again. <br />
