The J&M team was professional and courtesy. As a so called do-it-myself person, I struggled troubleshooting the problems with my furnace. They figured it out so quickly. I will no longer waste hours of my time again knowing the J&M team can handle this. I now use them all the time. Having someone you can trust to do the job right is most important to me. Additionally, they installed my new CAC system that I love!

Our HVAC system was about 30 yrs old and needed repairs in recent years. Our water heater was also on it’s last leg. Finally we decided to get both replaced this spring. The J & M team arrived on short notice and got to work promptly. They completed the installation of both units in a timely manner and also took away our old equipment. The crew was professional and friendly. We are very happy with our purchase. Great work at a great price. Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

Every thing went great. They showed up on time and did the work contracted for. The were knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Several years ago they installed installed central air conditioning in our 80 year old dutch colonial home which had oil heat with steam radiators. The job required them to put the a/c ducts in the walls and inside closets and balance the systems so that all rooms were cooled equally (not an easy task). 4 years ago, they converted our old oil fed steam boiler to natural gas. They were able to do this without having to replace the entire boiler, saving us thousands of dollars. In addition, J & M does our annual maintenance for both the a/c and heating system. Everything is done in a professional, courteous manner.
