J&M Evergreen

The tiled floor was improperly installed, sheet tiles were laid and they didn't properly lay cover for tiling the floors. They cut the tile on the floor on top of our belongings and on the carpet so there was debris. The cabinets were not sanded properly there is bubbling that shows and that clearly shows they are not sanded. The cabinets were stuck on top of each other and were damaged and the cabinet boxes were not sprayed and painted properly. There was overspray on my appliances and in the windows and on other parts of the cabinets that should not have been painted. The painting throughout the home was substandard, it was less streaky and the old paint was visible underneath the new paint. They did not protect my belongings. They painted things that should have not been painted and they also tracked paint on the floors and on the concrete outside of the home and on the banister and the stairway.

He did a great job. Can’t even tell where the hole was before he patched it. He also made sure the job site was clean before he left.

1) DO NOT PAY THEM UNTIL THE JOB IS 100% DONE. 2) HIRE ANOTHER PERSON TO SUPERVISE THEM TO MAKE SURE THE JOB IS DONE PROPERLY. They did a very poor job and covered the water damage (resolving it was part of the contract) with nice flooring. When I pointed out their poor job, they left and never came back. Instead of being transparent, they kept playing with me 3 times: "We will finish the remaining job in a week" Now I should find another contractor to correct their mistakes. I've already overpaid them, I have also lost another $12000 since the project is delayed.

They do very good work. They were quick and were able come the the day after I requested the quote. I would definitely hire them again.

They came within 2 days of our request, did the job quickly and beautifully and charge us the quote. We would definitely use J am M Evergreen again.

I have no problems. It was a good experience. They were good company. Their price was fair. I would give them B because there were communication barrier. The work was A. They were professional.

I was very satisfied with their work and they did a very good job. They finished the work on time, they charged me for the quote that they provided and they kept me updated with the work.

What a great team to work with. They did an excellent job and they were affordable. I had checked with several other builders that were too busy for my job or too expensive. J and M worked with us to make our project happen and with great results. I am looking forward to working with J and M evergreen on our next project. Thanks to the kind, caring and hard working team at J and M. Our forever retirement home is looking lovely.

J&M Evergreen were awesome in their work. They gave me a free estimate and were ready to start the work based on my timeline. They did everything to make sure I was happy with the final result and I really am. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.
