They came the first summer to do treatments. Second summer I had to call 3-4 times to get scheduled, I stayed home from work the day it was schedule to let them in for ants, but never showed up. I called again and texted, got a response eventually that they would call to reschedule and then never called again or answered my calls. Bizarre way to run a business!

The initial he performed seemed to be good. When I call for the follow ,when I called for the follow up that I was do he very unprofessional, he told me if he came he would not come back the next year. I called set up this year's appointment never got a return call, I called more than once

We had bought a year worth of treatments. We received 2 treatments and 2 more needed to be done to complete what we had paid for. We tried to call to schedule and the phone number was disconnected and it seems that the business doesn't exist any longer. No refund was provided and no communication from the owner has been received.

Mr. Lohr is truly a "bug/insect expert" in the most professional sense of the word. Understands what your needs are and has the correct solution. One of the most knowledgeable people I've ever talked to in the pest industry. Very easy to do business with. Very reasonable prices. No stress.

I'm happy to be free of mice! My only complaint is that we could not schedule the follow-up visits while the technician was here...I had to call and leave a message and have the call returned in order to schedule a time for them to come back. It's a small business without a administrative assistant to answer phones and keep a calendar. However, the owner and his team know about bugs and critters and how to eliminate them, so I think I've found my exterminator.

JML was a pleasure to work with. We had no difficulty agreeing on an appointment with the understanding that for an outdoor treatment, factors such as weather could impact scheduling. Mr. Lohr was punctual, professional, and informative. He explained what he would do and gave printed information on the product he would apply. Finally, he urged me to contact him with any questions or concerns afte the treatment. As far as I am concerned, the treatment proved to be effective, and I will certainly seek JML's services again.

It was great, good deal, good service. A positive thing he did was when he left me the information he also left tips on how to further improve the treatment of the lawn, and he didn’t have to do that. I recommend nothing for improvements, it was great. He contacted me right away. On the phone he was great.

I live near the woods. He comes every 3 months to make sure that I do not have critters. It is really worth it, and has been helping a lot.

He pointed out all the places where the mice were still active (after my failures) and went to work, setting traps and giving advise. We followed and were pleased with the results. I was about to declare the house mouse free but just saw a new one a few days ago. I set a trap but will have J.M.L. back when the mice stampede occurs after the weather chills. I know they will struggle to get in cause we followed his advise. We have a carpenter who will be putting in new basement windows....and I am following suggestions made to further keep the little monsters out. Great and trustworthy, I know I can depend on this folks if I have any other invasions of unwanted pests.
