I hired JM Maintenance to remove my old wood fence and to raise the existing cinder block wall. Jose and his team did a great job! They were very respectful, professional, and friendly! I will definitely use them for any future projects!

The work was done in two days. I had a 260 square-foot porch paved. They did a nice job of fitting the bricks together. There was a little unevenness in some of the brick placement but overall that it was a good job.

I would have to say the workers did a good job, the lead person Jose was outstanding. I would hire them again

Very well. They are hard workers and regularly communicate to see I'm in agreement with their work. They are willing to make changes where needed. They are friendly, customer conscientious and were extremely accommodating to my dogs who needed to be in their presence from time to time. Overall I am very pleased with their work.

EXCELLENT, ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! The folks came out to preview the job within 1 day of my request and had an estimate within another 2 hours. I had received another estimate from a “large local sprinkler specialist company” that was extremely overpriced and did not include some things that I needed to be done. JM started had the entire job completed within 3 days with COMPLETELY NEW valves, solenoids, risers, PVC main lines, highest quality tubing/emitters, popup sprinklers — the entire system. They completely cleaned up and not a grain of sand or rock was out of place when they left. All done beyond what the Scope of Work required and what I expected. And all for less money than the “big box guys”. This was a PERFECT experience. I have already made three referrals. I cannot express how pleased I am with these guys.
