They did fine. It looked good when they were finished. They were out pretty quick. We paid extra because we had them do a bigger area. They did a great job. They showed up on time. Everything looked great when they were done. My interaction with them was good. The work turned out well. They're good pressure washing company.

In Sept, the owner of Sarasota Softwash by JMO, performed phase 1 of the softwash process on our roof, lanai, and cage. Since then, we spent more than a month trying to track him down to schedule our phase 2 treatment. We have left several messages on his business phone (until the mailbox was full and would accept no more), sent a text message as directed by the answering machine, left four messages on Angies List, left messages on his website, his Facebook page, and anywhere else on the internet we could find an address, and lastly, sent a letter to his home address found on the internet. No response to anything. We decided to check out his listed office on Princeton St. only to find an empty store front. It is obvious to us that he has gone out of business. Fair enough. Businesses sometimes fail. What we are not happy about is that he walked away from his customers with no notice. What we are also not happy about is that we paid him $708 for an unfinished job. According to the description of the softwash roof cleaning process accompanying our estimate, the process is done in 3 phases. We have only received phase 1. The provider promises 100% satisfaction. Well, we are only 33% satisfied. The roof is still very dirty, we have now three violation notices from LWR, and we had to hire someone else to redo the job in order to avoid impending fines. Since the business next to his office says his space was empty when they moved in two months ago, we feel this provider had to know he wasn't going to be around to finish our job when he started it. Bottom line - between what we paid Sarasota Softwash and the additional amount we paid to another company hired to redo the incomplete work, it cost us all together an eye-popping $1253 to clean our roof, lanai, and cage!!! In reading the lower grade reviews for this provider, they all tell a very similar story as ours. No response. For us, no number of -A- reviews can cancel out the total blow off of a customer. We are puzzled by Angie's 2015 Super Service award to this provider given our experience and apparently that of several other reviewers.

The provider came out only once. I had to call for the second treatment, oct came and went and this process started in the summer. I can?t reach the provider, he does not return my phone calls. I'm disappointed that a super service award provider would not contact me.

I received a call 2-3 days after I left a message and made arrangements to have the roof and driveway cleaned. He showed up on the day and at the time arranged. He let me know that the roof tiles were so black that they might need a second treatment. The roof now looks approximately 80 percent better. I will make arrangements for him to come back for a second treatment. The driveway looks one hundred percent better. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent job and so professional! No rush job by any means....A good four to five hours it took and it was not an easy job considering the mildew near the stained wood (which of course could not get bleach on it) The house looks brand new!

Originally called the phone number provided and requested an estimate for the work that I wanted done.  About 1 week later I received a proposal via email containing the estimate.  I was able to accept the estimate and order the work over the computer.  I then received a phone call to schedule the cleaning for two days hence.  Mike arrived on time and got to work right away.  He was extremely personable and professional and did a wonderful job on some things that really needed cleaning.  His work was very thorough and I would be very happy to hire him again to do the same job. <br />

I was looking for someone that could clean my tile roof using sprayed chemicals and not have to walk every square foot of my tile roof while pressure spraying. Mike did a great job on both the roof and driveway, communicating with me as he progressed. I was so impressed with Mike's abilities I will be working with him on a regular maintenance program. <br />

Mike was prompt with meeting with us and providing a quote. He showed up at the appointed time and did a great job cleaning our entire lanai area. His quoted price remained the same. No additional costs. The work was perfect. We will have Mike back on a regular basis to keep our lanai clean. I highly recommend him. <br />

Mike was great! Excellent communication to set up appt, very prompt, professional, and completed the job efficiently and thoroughly. We are very pleased with the results.
