<em>I called Jerry at 7:00 am as a leaking toilet shut -off valve and supply tube required that I shut off water to the entire house.  He responded immediately and completed the necessary repairs quickly.  I appreciated his response and will recommend him to others.</em> <br />

We were all set to spend close to $1000 on a new water heater. Told him that's what we needed.  This amazing guy came to our home. Said; 'you don't need a new water heater, just a new heat element' Gave us a year guarantee on his work and parts. He said'I don't like to charge people for work they don't need' <br /> Who does that now a days? An honest man, I tell you. Thank you for being an honest person and a person with integrity. You've restored my faith in humanity.  <br /> We gave him a dozen homemade organic chocolate chip cookies in our gratitude.  <br /> HIRE this guy. you will be glad you did.  <br /> <br />

Just moved into a HUD home and we were having problems with the gas working and also the water pressure from the hot water heater. In trying to figure everything else I called Jerry to help with the hot water heater. He realized that even though I thought the water was on {it was at the time of inspection} it wasn't. He didn't charge me and also didn't make me feel like the idiot that I am. I will use him again if I need plumbing help.

Fantastic. The majority of work was done in 3 days. Unbelievable!!! The plumbing under the house was a really tight squeeze and it was done to perfection. He had to come back twice for the dishwasher because the door wouldn't close. It turned out to be a manufacturer's defect and had nothing to do with him. Great customer service. <br /> When I bought the house, a plumbing nightmare was discovered. Mismatched pipes under the house  with a heat lamp (surprise!) Of course there was no indication of possible plumbing problems from the prior owner. If we hadn't inspected under the house, we would have had a nightmare in the winter. The shower plumbing sprayed water out the backside into a closet. The washer hook up did not have appropriate venting and the dryer vent went into the floor and under the house through nothing but a tinfoil dryer vent. The barn pipes leaked and one had burst during the period of time the house was empty. <br /> I had 3 bids on this job. One was $10,000 with caveats about possible extra charges. One was $6500 with caveats about extra charges. JM Plumbing said both those bids were too high and he would be more than happy to do it for $6200. <br /> Great job, great work, great customer service. I have recommended him to the Culligan Man as a top-notch example of what to expect from a plumber. <br /> <br /> <br />

<p> Getting a quote for the job was very straight-forward with JM Plumbing & Mechanical.  I sent a message to JM Plumbing and Mechanical through Angie's List message feature.  I described the 3 problems and received a prompt response with a quote of $350.  Jerry and TJ arrived ahead of the scheduled time, and got right down to business.  They let me know the sequence they would be working on the issues and immediately shut off the water and got to work.  After the work started, I mentioned another problem with the water running in the toilet and Jerry said he would look at that as well.  They were prepared with the parts they needed for the initial repair requests, but needed additional parts for the toilet repair so went to Home Depot to get those and then returned and completed the shower handle, toilet repair, and outside faucet repair very quickly.  Then TJ got under the house, found the leaky pipe and caulked that.  That job alone was a big relief to get taken care of.  Considering the crawlspace under this house, I had no idea how much something like this would cost to have fixed, but it was completed by TJ like it was no big deal.  Before leaving, two more issues came up unrelated to my original request.  Jerry was very sincere in offering to check those out as well and did so in a matter of minutes.  I could not be more satisfied with the value I received for $350 and would definitely use this company again.    </p> <br />

Jerry responded to my SOS on Angies List and called enroute as he was returning to town.  On the call he gave us a quote and stuck with it when the job got more complicated than first thought.  He was confident, competent, conversive with explanations including prevention of such problems.  I will use him again and recommend him to my friends.

I found out my water heater was leaking the night before. I noticed water coming from my laundry room had made a puddle of water into the adjacent office space. I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. Next morning I started calling around for someone to come out and look at it but was finding it very difficult to find someone to come out same day. I called 3 or 4 different places and they were all not available or Did not call me back. The only company that responded to me within the hour was JM Plumbing. They were also the only company that were willing to come out same day and gave me an awesome price that beat all competitors by far. The owner agreed to come out to do the work at end of day after his last job, he arrived on time with an assistant. Was very professional, friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Total time installing was about about an hour to hour and a half. He went to buy a new water heater and new hose to replace my old one, gave me all receipts and warranty paperwork . I am very satisfied with the work he did, the heater is working beautifully and I am very pleased with the job done by JM Plumbing. I highly recommend them over anyone in olympia, they do an awesome job for an awesome price!
