I am currently backed up on phone calls wile trying to work as much as possible, if you request a quote I will absolutely get back to you but it may be a week before I have the chance. We are currently scheduled out until FEBRUARY My name is Jackson and I have always had a passion for working with my hands to build and solve problems. I took that drive and formed JM Professional Services because I truly believe we deliver craftsmanship, integrity, and value to every project we put our hands on. We are a small family owned and operated business that values your time and would be pleasured to hear about your upcoming projects. In addition we offer a 15% discount to all armed forces and first responders. My best form of contact is 484-885-4937. We are open to schedule and discuss future projects at this time but are not doing in home estimates. We specialize in building custom decks of all shapes and sized using composite decking. We build all of our structures to building code with a warranty and are fully licensed and insured wile doing it. Hired Jackson for two projects. First project was excellent - top notch, reasonably priced, punctual and responsive. I couldn't say enough good things about his work! Second project was an absolute nightmare - He started the project, then he got busier and began to stop answering calls/texts on when he would come back to finish project and ultimately bailed twice before he finally said he didn't want to finish. It took nearly a month for him to review how much I paid versus the work and never refunded any money, left us with a half started fireplace mantle and random wood in garage. I do believe he has great potential and was awesome in the beginning. Unfortunately, he hasn't learned that you must follow through on your commitments to run a great business. Wish him the best of luck even though it cost me a lot of time and money to clean up the mess he started and never finished.
