All work was done and cleanup was excellent

It went very well. They called fairly soon to set up a date to begin. Then Mother Nature stepped in and gave us too late season snow events, followed by unceasing rain. Once things cleared up Jim came and started the project. He kept me updated about when he would be here and how things were progressing. I am very pleased with the finished job. What I will add is that Jim really listened to what I wanted, and why. I feel a previous experience with this service from another provider did not give me that feeling.

We purchased an Angie's List Deal for 1 cubic yard of mulch to be applied for $129.00 in March. Jim Matthews contacted me within a couple of weeks (after the late snow melted) and set a date to come out and review the scope of the work. He arrived promptly, explained he would clean out all the leaves, weeds, etc,. clear the existing mulch and reuse it along the back of the property, trench the borders and apply new mulch. The work would also involve all clean up. He explained we would need about 4 cubic yards, but would charge the Angie's List Deal price. Jim emailed the contract the following day and we scheduled the work to be done on Mon, 4/8. Jim and one other worker arrived about 8 AM and were done around 2 PM. The work looks great. Jim followed up to make sure we were pleased.

Jim and his crew showed up promptly every day and went above and beyond to ensure that the closing on my home went smoothly. During the course of a home inspection, it was discovered that the foundation wall had questionable cracks throughout. Not only did Jim and his team ensure me that the inside of the block was safe but also dug down outside the wall to make sure that there was "nothing else to worry about". Hence, easing my mind of any possible future issues. He acted quickly and professionally describing everything in detail throughout the process. Even did some additional landscaping leveling to ensure that both parties (the buyer and the seller) were satisfied with the job! Thank you Jim and your crew for making my home inspection issues easy and ensuring that the house went to closing!!

We met with Jim & he was knowledgeable & helped pick the cabinets & even suggested a wine rack ( which we are so happy we did ) . He kept in touch with us the entire time , updating when the cabinets would be in & the starting date . He suggested we wait until all the cabinets were in & again we're glad we did .
