JM Smith was great! I have to work all day, but I was able to coordinate an estimate (which was very reasonable) and installation via phone and texts. They kindly removed my barely-held-on gutters and replaced them with new ones in such a way that will last much longer than the previous shoddily-installed ones. They also took care of hauling away the olds ones.

Overall I was satisfied with the work that was completed. They responded to my call promptly, showed up on time and were very friendly. They got the work done promptly and even did a little custom connection so that I could use a rain barrel as part of my gutter system. I also found the price to be very reasonable. I would recommend them to a friend.

Jeremy is a nice young man, polite and punctual. The gutters look fantastic thanks to Jeremy and his crew, I highly recommend them for your gutters.

Jeremy and crew did an excellent job of installing our new gutters, downspouts and fine mesh gutter guards (which are working great now that fall rains have come early to Eugene). Jeremy cares about his customers and the company wants to do the very best it can for each customer. They are quite busy so sometimes you have to chase them a little bit to nail down arrival times etc., but in the end it was completely worth the effort and a great job was done.

Jim showed up on the same day I called and repaired our gutter. The job is small but important coz a section of the gutter had separated from the house. A few other shops I called either quoted ridiculously high prices or told me that the job was too small and I had to wait a month. No problem with JM Smith. He really works hard to please customers. Highly recommend!

Jeremy replaced a rotted out downspout with a new larger one. He finished the job quickly; took away the old downspout.
