JNS Pressure Washing and Paver Sealing

Excellent job. Ryan came out and measured the roof prior to sending an estimate. He provided proof of insurance and showed pictures of roof jobs he's done. He was courteous, professional and efficient. We are very pleased with the end result and would be very happy to recommend JNS Pressure Washing and Paver Sealing.

Pressure sprayed house, lanai, pool deck, driveway, sidewalks, curb and pads. Sealed pavers (large amount). Ryan Carnes communicated well, provided options, educated me about the process, arrived on schedule, performed good work and cleaned up the site.

Our pool deck pavers hadn't been pressure washed and sealed in years so there was some buildup. Ryan did an absolutely great job of cleaning, sanding, and sealing. The pavers look brand new! We were pleasantly surprised that he managed to get minimal dirt in the pool - unlike other companies we've used. He knows what he's doing and has a great work ethic. He even came back the next day with a stronger solution to remove some stubborn spots on the driveway. We recommend Ryan and will hire him again.

Excellent, he was able to come the following day. We asked if he could do the entire house as well, which he was able to accommodate. in times with Corona virus rampant, he kept proper social distancing, and allowed us to pay by Venmo so we didn't have to come in contact. Work was fast and excellent, would recommend!

Ryan arrived on time with very professional equipment. He fully explained the process and completed the work in the time frame that was given. He took care to insure that plants and yard items were not damaged. At the end he provided a roof condition report. Overall excellent service and fair pricing.

Everything went great! Ryan Carnes, Owner of JNS, was very responsive and did a fantastic job. He pressure washed my driveway, sidewalk, mailbox, shed in backyard, and soft washed around house, gutters and fascia to remove mold and spider webs. Also pressure washed, re-sanded, and sealed backyard paver patio. Everything looks sparkling clean!
