the next couple of days after they left, I have noticed dust everywhere in the house. some areas have dust moved around some areas are not even covered thoroughly and i find dust bunnies all over the house. also the quote was for a 6 bedroom 4 bathroom house and i just got them cleaning 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and the price didn't change. I had a good feeling because the girls are nice, but very disappointed as i am finding dirty surfaces all over the house.
Response from Avanti Cleaning Services
"In houses that weren't cleaned for as you said yourself, for months and months, it's impossible to get all the dust out because it flies into the air and then settles. Especially with the vacuum that is only for carpets while you had mostly bare floors. You should've contact me about changing the number of bedrooms to be cleaned because the girls didn't know what we agreed on."

This was our first experience using a cleaning service and after ironing out some small details we are very satisfied. The first maid came and did not finish the entire house as we originally agreed to. They forgot to do our finished basement. Just a communication error it seems. They came back promptly the next day and finished. Did a great job. Would recommend.

All the cabinets still had fingerprints on them. Wood floors were not cleaned propperly and they were brand new. They did not bring cleaning supplies after agreeing to bring them. Bathtub was not cleaned.
Response from Avanti Cleaning Services
"The truth is that it is impossible to make house spic and span if it wasn`t cleaned at all for at least few months. Especially with three messy teenagers, a dog and house renovation going on. Our crew did their best though the lady doesn`t have had any cleaning supplies(some leftovers of the glass cleaner and a bottle of vinegar doesn`t count). If she would tell us to bring ours like she claims- we would. We wanted everything to be cleaned the best we could despite that house was very dirty. Cleaning it in six hours instead of three speaks for itself."

After using them for over 6 months and recommending them to others (in the beginning all was great), . The owner of the cleaning company would not answer his phone and respond to my complaint. The police have been called and a complaint of theft filed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN!!!
Response from Avanti Cleaning Services
"House was so messy ,clothes all over the house .She call us after each cleaning something was missing. If you keep your staff organized you would not have problem finding items. Police never contacted us so probably she found whatever she lost."

I used them for a move out clean and the apartment I was leaving was left in better condition than when I moved in. I will probably use them for regular service at my new home.

They have broken 6 things of mine and have only cleaned 4 times - this is totally unacceptable and the owner Mario never called back with what happened and where any of the pieces were. Cleaning ladies never told us they broke anything or showed us what happened either. This should never happen. They are always rushing. 2 cordials were broken, a Mikasa decorative champagne flute was broken, our entertainment center which is made of black beveled glass was chipped and will be expensive to replace since now the whole door will have to be replaced because they didn't leave us the piece of glass they chipped. Irresponsible & dishonest.
Response from Avanti Cleaning Services
"My workers are not robots and sometimes things got broken, especially that table was unstable ,but next day I bought new set from mikasa and still she hold check.3 times free cleaning she get."
