The technician said the problem was an electrical short in the very low-voltage ignition of our Whirlpool water heater. He said this was a Whirlpool design flaw and he had seen this problem before. I was a little skeptical about this, but since he insulated the problematic contacts the water heater no longer mysteriously shuts down. To take advantage of the cost of a service call, we also asked the technician to clean our gas-burner fireplace insert. This also was shutting down. This problem continued after the cleaning, so apparently it needs more than a cleaning, which in the past has resolved the problem.

*Calling numerous lawyers and masons each and everyday. Everyday! I will tell them each how terrible your mortar work guy is.... My lawyers need his last name to add it to the case btw. Almost 15 years in the same house. No water problems in the basement. That is until Joe Behr put a Chimney liner in. Now it rains hard it floods down through the chimney. Because they put a different chimney cap on it and busted all of the mortar. When I notify them about that they blocked me. Why block me? Let me show the video of the water damage you caused that ruined my house. You are going to fix it. There is a 100% chance we will be in court if you do not own up to it! Whether you block me or not.

I had a leaking valve on my hot water tank pipe. I called them this morning, Brandon said that they could be out this afternoon. They called me to let me know they were on the way, they were here within 10 minutes of the call. They brought special shoes just in case, which weren't needed as I have linoleum floors. I showed them the problem, they went to fixing with no questions asked, they were done in a very short amount of time. The price was nothing to complain about for the services that they performed, the quality of work, the punctuality, the professionalism, and the customer service provided. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone.

A part was replaced in the toilet and now it works fine. The work on the shower was going fine until a valve broke. They had to go to their warehouse to get a new one and needed to cut a hole in the bedroom wall next to the bathroom so they could do the work.

The company set up a time for prompt repair, which was then done on time, quickly and efficiently. The cost for labor was $85 and for parts about $20. I think their labor and travel times runs about $65 an hour.

Called them, they came the same day, The serviceman found the problem told us the cost of the part and called in to order it right there. Installed it the next day. They were fast, prompt, very professional. The serviceman checked everything out to see if there was any other problems and if there might be something that could cause a problem in the future.

The technician called in advance and said that he was going to be able to arrive earlier than originally planned. Fortunately, my wife was home and was able to meet him. By the time I got home from work, he had already finished everything and was about ready to leave. I discussed what he had found for a few minutes and he left. He found no issues and said that we were good to go for the season. I was very pleased with everything. Behr was less expensive than everyone else that we contacted and they did a great job! I will definitely utilize their services in the future!

I forget how travel time was to be handled. The workers arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional, and worked quickly. The work was done well. Work completed- <br /> Plumbing: Re-caulked tub surround, recommend replacement of garbage disposal and installation of service panel to access plumbing in wall of main bath <br /> H/C: Checks systems, reworked redundant wiring for A/C, replaced furnace filter <br /> Pleased with cost and quality of work. Workers were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They did what was needed, made recommendations and did not try to encourage unnecessary replacements or up-sell anything. Cost was reasonable for the work done. Office personnel were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful even when I needed to reschedule the appointment and add the plumbers to the service call with only two days advanced notice. <br />

While the price for the job may seem high, out of the three estimates we received from local businesses Joe Behr was the lowest price for the efficiency rating we desired; therefore, I gave them an A for price. They also provided specific written details about the available tax credits for both the furnace and air. <br /> Every transaction, from getting the estimate to having the units installed, occurred in a very timely manner. We had several commitments that put us on a tight schedule and Joe Behr was able to meet our timeline. <br /> We have definitely noticed a difference in our utility bills and comfort level in our home since replacing our 20+ year old furnace and air. With our old furnace we kept the thermostat at 66 during the day and 62 at night. The last two winters have been so bitter cold that we raised the thermostat to 68 all the time. I expected to see an increase in our utility bills but they decreased significantly--in spite of the colder winters and the toastier house. Another bonus is that the upstairs and downstairs are within 1 degree of each other. No more cold bedrooms in the winter! <br /> Bottom line is that the service was great and the efficiency of the furnace has proven to be exceptional during two winters that certainly put it to the test. <br />
