The service man first checked the breaker after I described the problem.  The breaker was off and he turned it on.  It popped so he alertly turned it back off.  He then pulled the oven out to inspect the plug, outlet and inside the back of the oven.  He noticed  the plug was not all the way in the outlet.  Then he removed the outlet plate and determined that the outlet was in good shape.  After removing the back panel to the oven he also determined everything was in working order there.  He put everything back in place then the breaker was turned back on and now the oven is in good working order.   He was very efficient,  quick to diagnose the problem and completely thorough.  He even charged me a very fair price for his greatly appreciated efforts. <br />

He was great. He arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem. He had to go get the part and came back the same day to fix it. It is working well and I did not have to throw any of my food away. He even wiped it out and cleaned up any mess that was made. He had a full schedule and was nice enough to squeeze me in between his jobs since he was close by.

I called AABBA Speedy Appliance Repair because they were highly reccomended by a friend of mine that also has rental properties. I gave them all the info over the phone they called my Tenant within 15 minutes to set up an appointment to come out that same day. Once the tech arrived he called me and told me the problem and gave me a flat rate price which included parts. He told me Never a Service Charge if repaired. I authorized the repair and they took my credit card # and mailed me the receipts. I called my Tenant today to check in to see if everything was ok and my Tenant said that the refrigerator was working fine and the technician was very nice and professional. I plan on using them again on all of my properties. Quick, Reliable and Affordable!!! A Five Star Company!!! <br />

My freezer side of the fridge would freeze up and then get completely warm. I called several providers but Aabba was the only one that could come out quickly. I received a call when they were on their way. He evaluated the situation and stated the card in the back of the fridge was probably bad. Once he removed it, that was obviously a problem. It had an area that was burned. He replaced the card but the freezer fan was still not running. He replaced the fan and we were back in business. After looking up the price of the parts, $415 seemed high for the repair. However, they were able to come out quickly when no one else was available. Therefore, it was worth it to me. The service man was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained everything he was doing along the way. He was very courteous and patient and explained things using terminology that was easy to grasp. I liked that. I would use this company again. <br />

I really appreciate Joe's fast response and professional service especially on the day before Thanksgiving. We were doing some pre-Thanksgiving baking on Tuesday night and the oven stopped working. I called Aabba early Wed morning hoping to schedule a same day repair, but also knowing it was the day before Thanksgiving. Joe was able to give me a 9am appt. Joe arrived promptly at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the replacement part on his truck and was able to do the job right away. Joe was very careful removing and replacing the glass oven door. He checked the igniter twice, one time before replacing the oven door and again after replacing the oven door. I am back in business for preparing a holiday dinner for 10 people. The oven malfunction was inconvenience, but the repair went smoothly from the time I placed the call until the time Joe left the completed job. I will definitely be using this repair service in the future. <br />

I called the same day and set up an appointment to come out because my refrigerator was not freezing or cooling. They were out the same day quoted me a price with parts and labor included ...and no trip or service charge ...completed the same day very nice to deal with. <br />

The detergent door was nt opening. Joe put in a new timer. Tested it in operation through two cycles.Joe was very professional and neat. He explained what he was doing. The service charge was factored into the price of the replacement item. <br />

This has been a horrific experience but I'm stuck with this company because it's the one LG uses for its warranty work. The first guy came out and flooded my basement trying to diagnose the problem. Then he put one part back in incorrectly and the machine flooded the basement again after he left. It took ten days for a part to come in and then it didn't do the trick. The company will not schedule appts. to accommodate working people (forget what the website says about that). One must wait for a four hour window and the company refuses to schedule a person first or last in the window even with advance notice. Today I've waited four hours for the repair person and he hasn't arrived-I scheduled this appt. two weeks ago for a day I had off from work. They now tell me someone will be coming tomorrow, that they forgot that this was an LG warranty repair. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF I HAD A CHOICE!!
