<p>This was a big deal purchase. It was fine. I think there was an extra charge, but I can't remember. The price was about the same. I think he was a little late. His professionalism was good. To get a better grade from me he could have done better finish work, made sure the finish meets at the ends and done caulking. </p>

They called ahead to be sure appointment time was still good, and he arrived on time.  Was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.  I wanted a 17 yr old exhaust fan replaced in my bathroom and had pre-ordered 2 fans with descriptions that sounded like they would be a good fit and smaller size needed.  Well, I guess when this house was built, they just squeezed that exhaust fan in there, probably to save them alot of work.  So he explained to me that to install either one of the fans I had purchased would require some cutting into the ceiing and resulting drywall work, which I didn't want to get into.   But he suggested he could see if Home Depot had just the motor in the size I needed, and only replace the motor and eliminate any cutting into the ceiling.  Luckily I'm pretty close to a Home Depot, so it didn't take alot of time for him to get there and back, and had purchased a motor for just $16.   He installed that, and cleaned up the bathroom when he was done.  Now I can return the $50 exhaust fan that I purchased.  This little project had been on my wishlist for 4 years, and my husband wasn't in any hurry to get it done, so I was very happy to cross it off the list using this Big Deal promo. <br />

He did a really good job. Price was slightly high. He did a good job painting and changing the light. Punctuality was good.

Michael Brent was the contractor. He had no commitment to the work and the project went on for over 2 months. And the very end I got Over charged by $200 and never got a refund, Almost filed a small claim against that company. And with last week's thunder storm the area starts leaking again <br />

Very good work, but hard to get a date for service if you purchase 4 hours (which equals 2 hours with 2 techs). <br />

I spoke with Brent and sent photo's for mirror to be hung over a fireplace (brick). He told me I needed to get specific anchors for mortar, which i did. He DID NOT hang the mirror as requested, saying that he didn't have the correct bit, and it was my responsibility to provide that tool. It is hugely disappointing, as that was the main reason I purchased this $179.00 deal. (for 4 hrs. work), and we had ample opportunity (i sent pics, texts, and phone conversation) to determine that I was to provide the drill bit.  <br /> the other items were simple items to hang. Even still, he hung a magnetic board on the back of a door and only utilized 2 screws, where clearly there should be 4.  <br /> I don't feel as though $179.00 was a fair price at all for the services provided, and he has made no effort to correct the issue.  <br /> Therefore I would not recommend this vendor, or at this point, I will not purchase any future Angies List Deals, which is the biggest disappointment as I'm a new home owner and was hoping to be able to depend on the service. <br />

Brent showed up with his helper on time, and did good work.  He dug up the old pipe, cracked at the coupler.  He determined the parts needed, went to the hardware store, and came back to replace it.  It was actually a tough fit since the angle wasn't as perfect going in as it was coming out.  So he wisely modified the angle to make the fix.  We tested the pipes/pump, and it seems to run well now.  Thanks, Brent and Antoine. <br />

He was clean and professional, and did a good job, but he was late and did not let me know he was going to be late beforehand, when it was already hard to get a good time set because he was overbooked.

After significant scheduling issues from the provider (unexpected family and car issues) he and his helper made it out to our home for our 2-hour deal.  He was very polite and professional, as was his helper.  They did an excellent job securing various artwork throughout our townhome and in the allotted amount of time.  I would certainly use this provider again. <br />
