He took my $ over $500.00 and worked about 3 hours total in 2 days time then he left and never came - he did not finish the job. I will now have to pay another person to finish the job. He broke my solar light and my bathroom window and never even said he was sorry. He is rude and very mean he yelled at me just because I asked him a question - do not hire this guy he will just rip you off he will make you pay upfront then he will leave and turn off his phone so you will not be able to even talk to him.

Joe resealed the entire window and the other panel also at no additional charge. He checked other windows also. He went beyond the original quote at no additional charge.

Joe came buy and installed a front entry door for me he had to drill for the handles and install it and plummeted for the hinges . He did a fantastic job . He came when he promised and he was very nice and professional. Would I hire him again ? Absolutely I would . Actually I showed him a few things on the exterior of my home that I need done come spring and he said he would do it . So yes Joe will be coming back

Joe is professional, gives quick & accurate estimate, great communication, and a job well done. The gutters on one side of my house fell. Joe came out to assess the damage. Based on his years of experience he was able to work on an estimate, on the spot, and it didn’t break the bank. His appraisal of the job was honest, pragmatic, and made sense. There was none of the up selling I’ve experienced with others. His estimate for materials was surprisingly accurate, he gave me all receipts, and he even gave me the option of using my old down spouts to save me money. I called him last week. He got most of the job done the next day. Due to weather (Michigan, right?) he finished up yesterday. All the while keeping in regular contact. I’m highly satisfied with his work, and will definitely be hiring him again for other projects I have. All star handyman!!

Joe's is reasonably priced, he's very responsive, came out on time when he said he would, and completed the work that we talked about. The drywall came out nice and I was able to paint after Joe left.

Joe is a ripoff contractor. His methods of charging a consumer is unethical, and his work is substandard. I expected a professional job, but Joe and his team damaged wood and window fixtures, as well as keeping an open invoice on a job that should not have been more than $1,000. In the beginning, he seemed to know what he was talking about but did not deliver. After spending over $1700 on a job that he quoted at $1480, he still wanted more money and said that he planned to go to the police station if I didn't not pay him $80 more dollars. If I were there, he would not have gotten paid at all. He and his team caused a lot of damage. I invited Joe to take me to the police, as I too plan to take him to court for damaging my house that is scheduled to go on the market after Christmas. I STILL NEED A RECEIPT, JOE! Do not waste your money on this guy. He is nothing more than a do nothing know it all. His work is substandard and invoicing methods unethical. "F". DO NOT HIRE.

"I went over to proposal to different ways for her drywall and for paneling she picked the drywall because it brought the value of the home up she saying we're on the floor and we used what on the floor she saying we broke trim she would not replace the trim the drywall is what she contracted exactly what we did we did excellent job or look beautiful we had to clean the whole upstairs before we could even do our work in the first [Member Information Removed] delayed is a con artist she doesn't want to pay she's taking me for $298 and still wants more I am not doing anything further with her I wash my hands are her I am NOT satisfying anything she is a con. I've bent over backwards to give her a bunch of free stuff and nothing satisfied her she was happy she never paid me money to pay my guys she's exaggerating she's nothing but a con artist people that I have done my jobs for it no I do 100% I'm sorry we couldn't satisfy her I will never do anything for her again."

work was completed in a timely manner. I was left with a couple of spots where water collects and does not run off, one of them about 2 X 2 ft. I am working on correcting those myself. As it rained soon after the job was done, I think a stop by to confirm the result was performing as needed would have been beneficial to us both. If I divide the cost by my estimate of man hours, I think there was room for a couple more hours to assess and correct. Hence the C grade as opposed to a B.

It was great, I could tell that he is not only a skilled carpenter also fast and the price was reasonable, I cannot say a bad thing about him. I highly recommend them and I would not get another carpenter than him.
