Having had nightmarish situations with other contractors, Joey was a dream find in keeping an old (19th Century) Maine vacation farmhouse and the surrounding property in great shape. He always was prompt to the job, always performed efficiently, got the best deals for me on the materials, anticipated problems (which avoided greater expense later), was incredibly reasonably priced, and that the end of the project the work had been beautifully done. I know that Joey now is living in Florida, but he exemplified what I can only call the best of "old-style New England craftsmanship."
