The work that was done, corrected the problem.

The response was excellent, as well as the scheduling and completion of the work. Two issues: A couple of days I was testing the system for lawn coverage, and one zone was not working properly. I contacted Joey, and he came out that day. He resolved the problem quickly. One connection had come loose. Additionally, the backfill for the trenches was not completed as well as it should have been. I purchased additional topsoil and completed the backfill myself.

I recieved 4 quotes for installing an irrigation system in my front & rear yard.  Some wanted to install 4-5 zones & a couple wanted to install 3 zones.  Joey said that the 3 zones would work for me, saving me some money.  Joey's price was very competitive, he showed up early to give me the estimate.  When I called a week later to tell him I wanted him to do the work, he scheduled me within about a week.  They had the work done in about 4 hours and the coverage is great.  They almost simultaneously installed irrigation systems for 2 of my neighbors.  Their response in tweeking the system has been excellent.  I'm very happy & would certainly recommend. <br />

2 loads of topsoil were delivered on schedule and <br /> Joey with 2 workers spread under deck and used tractor <br /> to spread toe 6 yards of soil as I had requested.Sod was deliver <br /> ed the next day and they put it down as requested.What had been a flooding backyard <br /> now is completely dry after the 4 inches of rain we had over weekend. <br /> <br />

Joey's solution to my problem was simple and very efficient (compared with suggestions I received from other contractors).  He and his crew were courteous and professional.  They did a great job and I have been very pleased with the results over the past 2 years.  The drainage is much improved and you can not even tell I had any work done on the yard.  I plan to use Joey again in the future when I get around to some large landscaping projects.

Box was determined bad and when replaced there was still a problem.  Joey spent another hour diagnosing and fixing the wires.
