Good. Not really what a handyman does but he took the job anyway. Complicated pick up in one city and delivery somewhere else. Very prompt. No problems. Friendly. Will check with him for other jobs. Highly recommend.

I needed help cleaning out my shed and reorganizing various items and boxes. I told John where items needed to be placed, or thrown out. Lots of lifting. I also needed the heavy rug from my porch removed and disposed of. I also hired John to clean out my gutters. John is a wonderful handyman. He came early and went right to work. I pointed out what I needed done, and he completed it. I got the 2 Hour Deal for $99.00. Even when his time was up, John kept asking me if there was anything else that needed to be done. I will definitely hire John again!

Perfectly. John demo'd 2 bathrooms and reworked them. Removed existing bathtub suggested a better process than hot bop as a flooring and and siding, much cleaner and more efficient and less mess. Tiled, installed two new seamless door shower enclosures. Installed new plumbing for showers and bathroom sinks. Tiled walls and created a rock flooring. Kitchen remodel John tiled kitchen, reworked the electrical and installed under Cabinet lighting. Installed new garbage disposal. Built a kitchen banquette, framed and Shiplap. Installed canned lighting in one of our bedrooms. We have contracted John for other service and will use John for any needs that we have with our home.

Work was great! John is a professional and does super work. He is very punctual and let's you know what he is doing as the work progresses. His per hour price for his handyman services is very reasonable. I've used him to install a new gas range, repair a breaker in an electrical box, run new wiring and install a new ceiling fan, and trouble shoot and resolve an electrical problem in our 1960's house. John was more "on top" of my remodel than I was! He was very quick to provide budgets and work was completed on time. I was really pleased with the responsiveness and the cost. Communication with me was very good too so I knew what needed to be done. Bathroom looks great.

The kitchen and open concept exceeded my expectations. My home is four blocks from the beach and I wanted a "beachie" look. John was helpful with suggestions to achieve the look and create the open concept. He was also very helpful with where to shop for the materials to keep the cost within my budget.

The owner did an excellent job and is a very professional worker. He stands behind his work. However his workers was a little unprofessional. Didn't leave a good grout finish on the outside of my shower door. Poor punctuality. The lower rate is due to the hired workers performance not the owner. They did a good job cleaning up before leaving.

Terrible. The owner trained one of his workers on our shower. The kid was here for weeks and each day came out with another cut finger. tile was crooked, small pieces were put in where it should have been rethought with a better lay out. the wall where the faucet sat was so crooked there was a gap between the faucet plate and the tile.

Horrible. The owner trained his worker on our shower, when it was done it looked horrible and took weeks to finish, was not hot mopped, and walls curved as well as the tile. Small unevenly cut tile.

I had a long list for John. He got started as soon as he arrived and completed everything on my prioritized must-do list and even managed a few items from my wish list. Some of my requests were trickier than expected -- the heavy, awkward mirror had too small, unevenly placed holes in the back and figuring out how to hang it was not easy -- but John was able to problem solve in the moment, trying a few different solutions until he found one that worked. That was his MO: he figured how to solve each task rapidly and professionally, and did a GREAT job on everything I asked him to do.

Fine for a few weeks until the lights wouldn't turn on. John sent his partner Shane out to fix it and he couldn't fix it. He made matters worse by removing and damaging another can light in the process of troubleshooting. I called a halt to the job and sent Shane on his way when I realized his voltmeter's batteries were not working! In the process of hooking up the wires in different configurations, he blew out the dimmer. I hired another handyman (referred by a friend) and he fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. He said the wires were hooked up wrong and knew right away why the lights would not come on.

John was very prompt, thorough, extremely pleasurable to work with. Sean his helper was very hard working and enthusiastic in his work. We were so pleased with their work that we asked for a bid on finishing two bathroom remodels. We asked john to demo 2 bathrooms, remove a bathtub from one of the bathrooms and fiberglass unit from the other. The job consisted of forming two shower beds, Tiling both bathrooms floor to ceiling and all necessary plumbing. John introduced to a new product called Schluter for the shower bed rather than using hot mopping. He also installed 2 frameless shower doors that look incredible. We could not be any more pleased than we are with both bathrooms as well as our kitchen. John and Sean did excellent work at fair prices and were timely with all.
