Once again, excellent customer service from Coleman in the person of Cooper, HVAC tech. He was friendly and thorough. Coleman treats their employees well, and the employees pass it forward! I highly recommend locally-owned businesses, and Coleman is the go-to for excellence in customer service. Thank you! UPDATE JUNE 2026: Had a problem with a blown fuse this week and, once again, John H Coleman Company to the rescue! Chris, whom I now refer to as The Wizard of Wire, arrived accompanied by Chase, and my weird HVAC problem was properly diagnosed and remedied by the two of them. They were courteous and respectful, and Chris educated me on a few things 'HVAC' that I had not known before. Also, prior to their visit, I had a bi-annual checkup done by Jacob, and he also did a great job. Should I ever need plumbing or electrical work done, I'll also use Coleman for those needs because I know they are the best in the area. We all hate when something breaks down, but it's great to know the solution is found whenever I phone Coleman!

Eson came out on a cold Saturday night when our HVAC unit went out. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He explained the problem, told me what would need to be done to fix it, and gave me a time when he would return with the part to complete the repairs.

Great service - helped more than once including during an after hours emergency. Reasonable prices and very professional service, both the office staff and the technicians. Shout out to Jeremiah the technician who came out today, he was very professional and friendly and knew what he was doing, explained everything to where I could understand it and was very efficient. Great work, will continue to be a customer!

Greg came on schedule and discussed the project with us. He suggested LED pancake lights and dimmer. We originally planned to put in lights on either side of the room. He e-mailed a price by the end of the day. It was a fair price but over our current budget. We really only needed the lights on one side of the room (over the new office area), so I asked Greg to revise the estimate. It was not trouble and he did not try to push me into the original quote. We agreed on the price and he scheduled the work. Brennan came promptly and even texted me when he was close by so I could put the dog in another room. He completed the work very efficiently, cleaned up everything and was just awesome really. Everything is wonderful!!! I have found my electrician from now on!!!

The repair went great. Greg Pullins set up the service for me. Brennan was the service repairman who came. I asked him to replace my smoke detectors with new ones (which I had purchased ahead of time), which he did, and he was able to take care of the bathroom exhaust fan by cleaning it out way up in places I hadn't been able to get to myself, saving me the cost of buying a new one. No more chirping is coming from my smoke detectors, and my bathroom fan is working and sounding like it should.

Since I have two furnaces, two air-conditioning units and a whole house air filtration system, it was too expense for me to afford the yearly service costs. Ed, the technician, and Steve, the Service Manager, helped me find filters that will help with my allergies and asthma and yet were affordable. I used the "Comfort Care" plan, which has discounts for parts and includes service for all my units.

Great! they were prompt, polite, knowledgable, there were no high pressure sales, just explanation of the problem and potential solutions. Very straightforward. I would say their services are good! overall good service.

We have a contract.  They come twice a year. They are a triple A company across the board.  There's no other letter grade to give them.

The technician from Coleman's was punctual, (they came out within 20 minutes of us calling them) courteous, and efficient. He completed necessary repairs in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with the service provided by Coleman. <br />
