John put a new roof on our house 4 years ago and did such an incredible job that when we had damage from a Tornado, we immediately called him to fix the damage. He is patient, understanding, and professional. His prices are fair compared to the competition and you will have someone who actually stands behind their warranty. The crews are professional, have attention to detail, and leave your property clean when the job is done. Thank you John for another job well done!

John was very professional and explained everything they would do. It was only a one day job and completed on time. John would not take any money until it was inspected. Estimate was less than others but quality work was done. Will use again when needing any roofing projects.

John is really a good business owner. The crew is neat and cleaning up the site after workday. My roof is steep and a lot of details needed to pay attention in order to finish it right. Everything went really smooth I was most impressed bye having to deal with a Insurance claim the way Keller Roofing John and Lisa make sure the insurance company got all the paperwork that they needed on time I would definitely use them again I would definitely refer them to my friends and family.

The team assigned did an excellent job starting early, took a lunch break and working late so the job was completed as soon as possible. The yard around was cleaned of all debris including a sweep with a large magnet to pick up loose nails. John asked if our 70 year old home had been re-plumbed with water piping much to my surprise. It had been and John went up into the crawl space under the roofing and located where the new plastic-like plumbing was close to the underside of the roof. His men were careful in those spots so the nails for the shingles wouldn't puncture the water lines. Keller Roofing's name came from Angie's list-good referral!!

The team arrived on time as scheduled and were very diligent and respectful. Work was completed on time and we are very happy with the results.

From the owner to the workers, everyone is professional and committed to do the best job possible. They are experienced and detail oriented. I highly recommend John Keller for all your roofing needs.

Sept. They finished the work but now the paint is pealing off. I have paid in full in about September. I have been trying to contact them since Thanksgiving and the last time they replied was back in January and I have been ignored since.

Because of the demand for roof repair and replacements, due to a recent hurricane in our area, all roofing companies were overwhelmed with customers. But even with such a demand on the roofing industry, the team at John Keller Roofing gave amazing customer service. Gary Blessing came out right away to give an estimate. The estimate was extremely fair, especially, when supplies can tend to increase in price, due to demand. Shingles were high in demand, so there was a bit of a waiting period to get the shingles in stock and to schedule the workers. But Lisa, in the office, kept us posted and made sure that everything moved along as quickly as possible. The team that worked on the roof were professional and efficient. They protected the property and cleaned up after. Lisa and John Keller kept in touch, every step of the way, to make sure everything fell into place. Would definitely recommend John Keller Roofing! They were fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about John Keller Roofing. My husband is a software engineer and extremely fussy about anything to do with construction; he too could not be more pleased with them. Also, no money was required until the job was complete and we were satisfied. We interviewed 15 different roofing companies and all the others wanted a partial payment before they started, not to mention most of them were more expensive than John Keller Roofing. Crew was hard working and dedicated to doing a superior job, worked from sun up to sun down, polite and the clean up was impeccable. You would not know they had even been here. And, most importantly, we have had multiple heavy rains lately with no leaks. Highly recommend John Keller Roofing.

I am very pleased with John Keller Roofing. The hurricane of 2017 caused damage to many roofs so the wait time to get the crew on site was several months. During this time I would call and they always returned my call to give me an update of what I could expect. They ended up coming on a Saturday and got the job done in one day. I will call them first when I need another roof since we own several rental properties.

Overall the experience was good and the final work done was of good quality. There were a few issues which John corrected after I identified them. John Keller does not require payment until the job is completed. I appreciated this arrangement, it's not that I couldn't afford to pay him right away but it says a lot about the guy's reputation if he doesn't require payment until completion. You would be very hard pressed to find another roofer willing to do that.

It was definitely a busy roofing season. Like everyone else; we waited for our reroof. John Keller is personally involved in doing quality work and being sure customers are satisfied. He personally put the tarp on our roof. We knew then we made the right choice. He was upfront about everything. He is a fair man. That is rare in business.

It was an excellent job, completed in 3 days. Gary and John were great in taking care of the business end, and Gustavo was an excellent crew leader. I am extremely pleased. Thank you John.

I don't honestly remember the cost. he was comparable to everyone else, but I liked his professionalism about it. I trusted what he said. I had been to other people. He was not the cheapest, but I never go to the chepest. He was wonderful and he worked with my insurance company.

Company punctual, work completed on time and roof looks good but extensive collateral damage to gutters, fascia and soffits . Metal trim on house full of gouges and scratches; new gutters bent and scratched. Workers simply pried up pre-existing fascia in order to install new shingles and left it that way, resulting in a leaky roof during recent hurricane. Go elsewhere for a new roof. Go elsewhere than Angieslist to find professionals.

Everybody that I got an estimate was in that range. It was just a matter of whether they did some extra things they did as well. They didn't do gutters. They got back to me right away. They were right on time. I would certainly call them for an estimate in the future.

I was totally satisfied. It was covered by insurance. My cost was just the deductible I think their cost was around $7000.

To: All Home Owner, I am writing this letter to encourage you to support JOHNKELLER ROOFING . As a small business owner myself , I have never met someone like John. I have contacted this company to replace my roof and they were able to get it done less than 4 days . His crew was very professional and knowledgeable. A couple of days after, the inspector came and signed off on the permit. Surprisingly, John never ask for any money upfront and even after the work was completed he didn't asked for payment . I called the office twice and asking to make payment. John, It was a pleasure doing business with you and I wish you continue success with your business !
