This is the second property Lynne and her team have sold for us. Lynne and her team have been absolutely AMAZING!!! She and her team became like family in their support of us at a very stressful time. She helped us figure out what was important, focus our attention, and helped us with timelines that we could manage and that would help our home sell the fastest and for the best price. She accomplished all of the above, and sold our home in less than two weeks, Hunter and other members of her team helped us when we needed extra support, and she took the stress out of all that she could for us. She even helped me move some things herself! She continues to be an extension of our family. So grateful for her support!

We recently relocated to the Springfield area as part of a job move. Lynne and her team were extremely helpful to us. Lynne spent time with us to learn the neighborhoods we were interested in and the type of home we were looking for. Because we were living and working an hour away we would often request to see homes in the evenings and on the weekends, sometimes with very little notice. Lynne and her team, and especially Jen, were always able to get us in to see the properties we were interested in. And in the end, Lynne was able to negotiate with the seller to get the home we wanted at a good price! I highly recommend Lynne and her team to anyone relocating to the Eugene/Springfield area.

Hillary and Lynne were amazing. We had a really great experience with them as both sellers and buyers! (Lynne sold the house that Hillary helped us to buy) With us being first time home owners, we had a lot of questions and were really green with the entire process. We called Lynn and asked her to come meet us. After we meet Lynn we immediately listed our house her. We were going to our other house in Arizona, my wife talked to Lynn and gave her all of the details including what price we would like to have and our move out date. Lynn immediately went to work and got the house on the market for us. As it moved forward and was shown buyers were found in the first week, with a backup offer of $20,000. more than the original asking price. All of our expectations were met, we were very happy.

Lynne was incredible to work with. We were nervous, and excited to be selling our first family home and moving on to the next and I have no doubt that we picked the right agent to work with. She listened to our needs, and wants when it came to selling our home as well as guiding us through the process. She is very knowledgeable and really hears what her clients need. Not all home sales are a walk in the park. Hello, my name is Paul. After the passing of my mother my brother and I were in desperate need of selling her house. Easier said than done. The condition of the house made it impossible for a buyer to finance. So with that said, it had to be a cash transaction. But this was a task that Mrs. Gately and her team took on without any hesitations. Mrs. Gately and her team MADE IT A BEAUTIFUL WALK IN THE PARK. My brother and I are forever greatful that the LORD crossed our paths. If you're not using Re/Max and Mrs. Gately, you're not getting the best deal for your money.

Lynne truly is an asset in the field of Real Estate. She was recommended to me by a friend and I've now experienced why she was recommend. Lynne researches, follows up, follows through and gets things accomplished. After our inspection we had six issues that needed attention. Lynne contacted contractors and had them out to the house within one to three days. There was one area of concern in the inspection report in which Lynne was unfamiliar with the product or aware of whom to contact, and there was basically nothing to explore on the web. But, that didn't stop Lynne from researching and finding a contractor within two days. Lynne is committed to her clients and to real estate. We wanted to have some things taken care of before we moved to town and into our new home. Lynne or an associate was always available to let contractors into our home so carpets could be cleaned and repair issues taken care of. It was a comfort to know that we would be moving into a clean and newly repaired home. Lynne brings calm and reassurance to the stressful situation of purchasing a home. We felt Lynne was always looking out for our best interest and her advice when solicited was spot on. It was a pleasure to work with Lynne and her team, and they always had smiles on their faces or in their voices when communicating on the phone. I would highly recommend Lynne Gately and her team if you are looking for exceptional help, vast experience, and uncompromising integrity. As my daughters say, Easy Peasy. Very smooth sane a dwell planned. Any questions were answered in a timely manner by her, or occasionally her staff. <br />Very knowledgeable and aware of pricing and status of inventory in the areas we were concentrating. <br />Gave very honest input when she thought we might have dug in on pricing or value that may have been our opinion only. <br /> <br />Learned early to let her do her job after you provide needs and and desires, Lynn will find your comps. <br /> <br />We constantly talk about her to all our friends and acquaintances about the outstanding job she did for us ESPECIALLY BEING OUT OG TOWN and moving to Eugene!!! <br />We really can't say any thing other than we love her and how she helped us buy our families new home.

When I showed Lynne the home I needed to sell, it required some updating, she shared with me several good ideas to make the home more appealing without breaking the bank. Lynne was always upbeat and positive about getting the home sold, and when I started to get nervous and was considering a price well be low what we were asking, she told me to hang tight and we would get a better offer. She was so right! When the house was sold and they did the inspection, there were some issues that needed to be corrected before the house sale was closed. I asked Lynne if she knew anyone that could fix the problems, she had a list of people that she used on her own personal residence. I was impressed because she never pressured me to use any repair contractors that she knew, and didn't volunteer any names until I asked her if she knew anyone. This is what you get when you hire someone with lots of knowledge and experience!! Lynne is a wonderful Real Estate Agent and a great person to be around.

<p>Lynne was recommended to me by a friend with experience in real estate, and having interviewed 2 other competent realtors, I felt particularly confident about her from the start. In the course of downsizing, I had found a condo I wanted to buy. The purchase was relatively uneventful but for a concurrent competing offer, and I REALLY wanted the place. I attribute my success in getting the condo to Lynne's creative strategy for the offers-counteroffers process . Throughout the process Lynne was on top of everything and communication was excellent.</p> <p>During the above purchase process, we were also preparing to put my 2,800 SF home on the market. Lynne's advice about what to do and not to do re repairs, decluttering, etc. was very helpful. Lynne provided a stager's services, and was hands on herself when it came to moving furniture around, staging décor etc. She commissioned a professional photographer for the excellent online photos and flyers which I'm sure generated interest. She also provided referrals for repairs and move-out cleaning. As for pricing, I wanted the house priced right. I had been doing my own research for some time; her suggested listing price was exactly what I had had in mind, and the house went pending at full price within 10 days. </p> <p>Overall, working with Lynne was a pleasure and I always felt confident that nothing was falling through the cracks. Both she and her assistant, Caitlyn, were immediately responsive to my communications, and always let me know exactly what was going on. During the sale process, some serious complications arose from the buyers' side putting completion of the sale in jeopardy, but Lynne immersed herself in dealing with the issues at hand whether early a.m. or late in the evening, and in the end it all worked out. I know from experience that not every realtor would have handled things with the efficiency and high level of integrity that Lynne did. I have already recommended her to others, and will continue to do so without hesitation.<br /> <br /></p> <br />
