John Moriarty and his crew replaced mine and my neighbors roof. He and his crew did an outstanding job! John was out within a couple of days after my initial contact with him and had my neighbors and I both a quote within 24 hours of looking at the roofs. John was easy to get a hold of when we had questions about the job and was in constant communication with us regarding the details of the job. John is an honest guy and I felt his price was very fair for the scope of work that needed to be completed. John had both roofs completed in one day and they look great! I really enjoyed working with John and would highly recommend him for your roofing and/or siding work.

Stop your search for a roofer and call John immediately! Did the leg work, got several quotes. John came out and quoted immediately. John is incredibly knowledgeable, doesn't try to sell you more than what you need, is prompt and gave a very reasonable price. He has a great crew that was at my house for a few days (my roof is 4000 SF) from early morning until dark, tearing off the old roof, replacing any soft wood and installing the new roof. John kept me updated throughout the entire process, oversaw the project and came back after completion to make sure all of my previous roof issues were resolved. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Especially if you are a single woman, dealing with contractors can be such a headache, but John is an absolute delight to work with.

Great!!! Although it was a long process due to insurance claims, John was with us every step of the way. He was easily reachable and provided frequent updates on the entire process. John supervised the installation of the siding from start to finish. His crew did a great job. His total price for siding replacement was half the estimated price of another roofing and siding company who had an "A" rating on Angie's List.

They were AMAZING!!!!!! They came every day for 5 days from 7:30 am till night fall. There were 5 guys and they were neat, kind, and very professional.John - the owner- was there to oversee everything. I never saw a neater more organized job.

From start to finish it went perfectly. John responded quickly to give me an estimate and answered all my questions about the materials to be used. He and his crew showed up early and by the end of the day I had a new roof and the area around the house had been cleaned up. I called several roofers and John's price was the best. I researched the type of shingles he planned to use and they are considered top of the line by reviewers. I would recommend John Moriarty for your roofing needs.

John was very responsive and was out at my house within a couple days to look at the siding issue which was when I asked about the soffit issue as well. He explained what could be done about both problems. He did not try to "oversell" me on things that were not a problem (always a concern for single women dealing with contractors). He called me back promptly with a reasonable estimate. About a week later, he and Paul showed up on time and replaced the siding and capped the soffit so there was not a 2" gap between it and the side of the house. Also, my 85+ neighbor came out and asked them to fix a downspout she had accidentally run into when moving it so we come remove snow from her drive. They kindly did so at I imagine little or no money. I'd have these guys back in a nanosecond if I had further siding issues.

First, John answered my email query that evening. He stopped by the next day to evaluate the project. The cedar shingles were an odd size and he called around to find them, The day of the project he lumber at the lumber yard, and built a scaffolding to work off of (could not use a ladder because of the creek), completely removed the old decaying shingles and did a beautiful job with the new cedar shingles!\ John was very professional, punctual, polite and we are very proud of our "new" covered bridge...

John was very professional, delivered high quality work at a fair price, and he helped us make good decisions along the way. <br /> We had been considering a new roof for about a year, and during that time John kept in touch and helped us with various ideas and suggestions.  For instance, when we thought we had a problem with our old roof, John came to our house and determined that our problem was something else, which we were able to address without a new roof.  While this meant we didn't need his services at that time, his honesty and commitment to doing the right thing were appreciated.  <br /> When we finally did have John replace the roof, his pricing was very competitive, and his crew did a high quality job on the roof itself and the cleanup. They not only did a thorough ground cleanup but cleaned our gutters and put gutter guards back in place. For certain more intricate parts of the job, like installing the solar powered skylights and attic fan, John was hands-on, helping to ensure all was done right and to our satisfaction. <br /> Overall a very good experience, especially for such a major project. <br />

Went great.  They finished the project quickly and efficiently.  had a piece of flashing come loose around the chimney several months later and John had it taken care of immediately. <br />

The work was completed promptly as scheduled with no hitches. The roofing crew worked steadily from early morning until dark and cleaned up their work, finishing in one day. The siding crew completed the work in less than 7 days and ditto; cleaned up at the end of each day. All of the work was completed to my satisfaction and the work was excellent. John visited the house at the start of the work and periodically during the work. He made sure the crews knew the scope of the jobs. <br /> I would recommend John to anyone for roofing and siding. <br />

John promptly returned my initial call and promptly provided a competitive estimate. Work was performed and completed on schedule. The quality of work was noticeably superior to our prior siding, capping and door. Each crew was friendly, respectful, and cleaned the grounds upon completion.
