Crew of 3 were very efficient, cut up the hot tub and removed pieces, then did a great job cleaning up. Would not hesitate to refer to a friend or hire again.

John from Johnny Bravo responded right away to my inquiry, and he and his crew came out in an ice storm on a Sunday morning to accommodate our schedule. They cheerfully and efficiently emptied our garage and basement of the huge piles we had gathered. They were awesome!! Totally recommend this company for your "junk removal" needs.

Very unsatisfactory. I made an appointment for one day but was told later that the appointment could not be kept, so we rescheduled for 10:30 the next day. At a while after 10:30 I received a call informing me that the workers would arrive a little after 11:00. The truck pulled in closer to noon when I was sitting down to lunch with two guys who were working for me by the hour. Because of the heaviness of the treadmill and necessary disassembly, I had been expecting two husky guys to do the removal. However, two women showed up. Because I don't like to have people that I don't know unattended in my house, I sent one of my by-the-hour guys down to be with them. He ended up helping them disassemble the machine and carry it out of the basement (for which I continued to pay him by the hour!). In the process of helping them he received a deep gash that resulted in our calling off my two guys' work so that I could take him to the hospital. The two gals managed to get the disassembled treadmill into the truck, but it wasn't easy.

<p>Outstanding!!!  I hate moving stuff.  When our friends who were in Europe asked us to help move stuff from Beaverton to NE Portland, I knew Johnny Bravo was my next call.  Our friends father was being moved from Assisted Care to Memory Care. We were the Clients in this move as it was up to us to do the right thing.  The right thing was to call Johnny Bravo.  This is a GREAT Company.  This is not the first time I have called on them.  Another great experience.</p>

Out of my whole moving experience, Johnny Bravo was the one company who did everything right.  All promises were met or exceeded, the workers were respectful, there was no breakage and all was done on time.

Fast, They were half way done before we even knew they started.  In and out and left no mess.

Everything went great.  The guys showed up on time, worked hard and got the trash removed in a fraction of time it would have taken me.  Then swept the area clean.  I also had an exercise bike and large desk I needed moved from the shed to the upstairs office.  These guys muscled up and got the job done.

Great. Photos were provided once the job was done. They were quick, efficient and succeeded our expectations.

They were prompt, professional, and courteous. Each day, the job site was completely cleaned up and all equipment was put away. They also did a great job working around other tenant's schedules through out the day to avoid disturbing them.

It was wonderful! They cleaned everything and took all the trash away before I listed my home for sale. It looked great, and it sold the next week!
