Johnny's Appliance Repair

20+ years old Whirlpool dryer. Carlos diagnosed quickly and did a fix that did not include new parts. He cautioned us that the fix may not hold and we might have to replace the motor (which we did in a 2nd visit) but said we should try it out. We did try it but the motor needed to be replaced. I called the office and pressed upon them the importance of this appliance (used heavily/daily). I was able to get the earliest appointment possible, the part was ordered and Carlos came the next day to install it. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and honest. I hope Johnnie's Appliances realizes what a great asset he is!

He was on time and professional. It didn't take him long at all. I've been without a light in there for a bit and that's tough especially if I didn't turn on the kitchen light.

Amazing! My sister was just finishing a remodeling project and we needed to do about 15 loads of laundry and, lo and behold, we find that the heat isn't working on the dryer. We couldn't reach the contractor as it was a Saturday so called Johnny and he was at the house within 30 minutes. He fixed the dryer quickly and efficiently and was really nice which was an extra added bonus

The refrigerator repair went well. And he is reasonably priced .I have recommended him to a friend who also used him and was very pleased with his repair and his reasonable price. He is very nice and upfront and will tell you if it's worth repairing or not. I would highly recommend him for repairing appliances.

I phoned to ask for an appointment around 2pm. Johnny said he could be at my house by 4:15. I was surprised at how quickly he could come over. He arrived on time, replaced the thermostat and was done by 5pm. I was impressed with the entire repair call and would definitely hire him again.

Johnny called when he was on the way. He opened the top and back of the machine (commenting that it looked like it had never been opened before). Cleared out the cobwebs, checked for any visible problems. Changed out the thermostat and the door switch. Dryer now works fine. He said those older ones were very well made and worth keeping. I agree. Nice man, and good to work with someone who knows what they are doing. He accepted the $10 off coupon from Angie's List.

I've been using Johnny for the last 10 years on my house appliances. He's never let me down, he gets in, communicates the problem then fixes it. It doesn't get better than that. Thanks you Sir
